You were about to take your seat next to nemona. she had waved you over to sit next to her but You were stopped by arven gently grabbing your arm.
'Hey.... Y/n.... Can I sit next to you' arven asked, looking really worried.
You noticed there was another free seat on the other side of the one you were going to sit on.
'Huh, yea sure!' You responded as you both sat down.
Nemona leaned over to you to talk to you.
'Well done for getting arven to finally leave his house, no one's been able to. He must really like you!' Nemona whispered, winking smugly.
'Oh shush you!' You responded, hitting her shoulder jokingly before looking towards arevn to check up on him.
Arven was looking down nervously, fiddling with his hands. His pupils were expanded.
You reached over to him and held his hand tightly. He looked up at you and smiled gratefully.
You nodded at him smiling sympathetically.
You held his hand under the desk for the rest of the lesson, now and again squeezing it gently, trying to comfort him.
He was greatfull you were there for him.
