The flight to Chicago was scheduled for 8 AM, and all went smoothly. Since it was a private flight with only the closest of the staff, Yoongi and I could talk freely, and even take a nap together. It was just perfect. Once we landed the "craziness" began, everyone started moving around swiftly, with their tablets in hand, earphones, phones... Yoongi told me that during our times in public, I would have to act as the translator, too. So there I was, walking a couple of steps behind him right in the middle of the backwing bodyguards. God, does Yoongi walk fast in airports!
We got settled quite easily in the hotel, so I took a chance to take a nice bath with lavender bath bombs. It felt so good to just enjoy the warm bath! Then I got dressed in a casual dress with flower patterns and a low back. I promised Yoongi I would meet him for an early lunch and was waiting for his call as I was spending time on IG. I saw so many pics and reels of the previous concerts. God! Suga looked so hot in all of them! I was so proud of him! I read stories of ARMYs that went to the concerts and how they said it was the best day of their lives.
Yoongi finally texted me asking me to meet him with the rest of the crew at the dining area, we had a short lunch, talking about his agenda and my plans. I was given a couple of hours off and had to be back with the team by 4:00 PM, apparently, many members were already signing up for an appointment with me, and it all seemed that I was going to be quite busy for the remaining days.
I went shopping with Yoongi's stylist and one of the bodyguards. She helped me pick a wardrobe fit for the weather and presentations in Seoul, Japan... I also bought some nice outfits for special occasions (and for special nights with Yoongi), I bought more than a pair of Sketchers for work, some "stunning heels", and a lot of accessories, (I'm a big fan of necklaces and bracelets), I even bought a black leather bracelet for Yoongi, with a small silver plaque engraved with "내 꿈"(nae kkum - my dream) I also wanted to find some products from Mexico, and I bought lots of sweet'n sour candies, more than a couple of bottles of mezcal, and even some spiced grasshoppers.
Once we were done shopping we headed back to the hotel just in time for me to get started attending the agenda they had already settled for me.
