So, I'm back in Monterrey, we got back from Chihuahua a few hours ago. I promised my Dad I would go back to him to say goodbye before we fly back to Seoul. I don't want to think about all the goodbyes I'll have to say, not now.
I've been video chatting with Yoongi every now and then, and also with JK, that boy is something! I texted him when I got the Weverse notification of his live... at 4:00 AM KST, it was nice to know he was having a good time with Mingyu, and right after he ended his very short and hilarious live he video called me.
— "Aaahh Noona, what are you doing still awake?!" — he was giggling all the time.
— "Because it's a little past noon over here silly! What are YOU doing still awake? Hmmm?"
— "Ah, just hanging around and having some drinks with Mingyu" — he moved the camera to a shy Mingyu who just waved at me. — "I'll go to bed soon, I promise. But... hey! Got some news! I'm going to be at the GMA Summer concerts! Isn't that great? That means that I'm going back to the States soon! Hey! You need to be there! Pleeeeaaase?! Maybe I can convince Yoongi-hyung to go with me! And Jimmin-ssi! A family trip of the 5 of us!"
— "Sweetie, I can't! I barely have time to make all my arrangements before going back to Seoul, I'm sorry... I would love to see you on stage, but I don't have a day to spare, please don't be mad at me, ok?"
— "Ani ani! I could never be mad at you Noona!" I guess I'll see you when you come back, right? We miss you!"
— "I miss you, too! Sweetie, I gotta go. Nice to meet you Mingyu! Now please don't take long to go to bed, and take care!"
Getting back to today, I'm tired of the drive and all I want is a good night's sleep... with Yoongi, God! I miss him so much! Tomorrow Aby and I are taking Iseul out for some sightseeing and later in the evening we'll have some friends over for some real grilled steak, or as we call it here "Una carne asada del mero Norte."
As for the rest of the week or so, well, it's going to be basically errands to the bank, university, patients... I'm getting really anxious just thinking about it, but in a good way; I mean, it's kinda scary all this closure shit of my life here, but it's also getting me closer to a new life... hopefully with Yoongi.
