I let go, his voice sounded ....toddler like and he wasn't swearing. I take a step back and eventually I compose myself and try to guess what the fuck is going on. Drugs? No, he doesn't smell like them or alcohol. Acting? Another no, he'd go straight for the kill. Mental illness? He's a villain so probably.

And I stay that lost until Miruko eventually shows up, flicks my head and says she'll explain, "age regression" to me later.
