~Chapter 24~

"Vaidehi", Raaghav liked the way the name rolled on his tongue. The name itself was giving him a feeling of peace, unknowingly.

Just then, while he was revisiting all that his best friend said, Nandini made her way inside his room.
For Nandini, though she was happy with that fact that Aanisha and Rutvendra were getting married, but still somewhere the thing that a girl like Vaidehi, whom she despired so much, was going to marry a handsome hunk like Raaghav was not setting well with her.

" Jamai sa! Pranam! Hum Nandini, Ranawat's ki badi bahu aur aapki hone wali patni ki badi chachi. " Nandini said in  her sugar coated words.
" Pranam! " Raaghav greeted back.
" Jamai sa, hum bas aapko ek baat batane aaye the! Woh.. Hum kehna toh nahi chahte par, . . Woh hum..
" Saf saf kahiye kya kehna hai woh! " Raaghav said.
" Woh kya hai na jamai sa, Vaidehi ko humne humari beti se bhi jyaada pyaar diya hai, bade naazo se pala hai usse, par.. Par pata nahi humari parvarish mei kya kami reh gayi ki woh aisi bani! "Nandini tried her hand in manipulating him, and she thought she was succeeding in doing so.
" Par? "
" Par woh ekdam ki.. Sorry to say jamai sa, par woh ekdam characterless hai. Pata hai, dasvi ke bad hi usne hostel mei rehne ka faisla liya, taki woh na jane kya kya karne ki aazadi pa sake. Uske boyfriends toh.. Woh.. Dancer hone ke khatir, kaafi ladke uske dance se impressed hote hai.. Aur phir toh..
Hum jante hai! Aap soch rahe honge ki mei apne hi ghar ki beti ke bare mei yeh sab apko kyu bata rahi hu, par jamaisa, aab aap dono ek sath puri zindagi bitane wale hai, toh ek dusre ke bare mei, specially uske aise chakkaro ke bare mei aapko pata hona chahiye na! Bas isliye. Acha hum aate hai! " Saying this Nandini left from there, leaving Raaghav in his own thoughts. She smirked on exiting the room.

All of Raaghav's dilemma was over now! He had his mind clear.

Mihir was returning back after attending the phone call, when he bumped into someone. Seeing that person, he softened, but then his eyes fell on her eyes, seeing them red, his anger started rising .
" Ruh! Tu yaha? Yaha kaise baccha? Aur ro kyu rahi hai! Kya huwa? Kisine kuch kaha kya? Bol na! "Mihir asked.
" Bhaii.. " Saying this Ruhanika hugged her elder brother.
" Ruh! Baccha ro kyu rahi hai? "
Mihir held her face in his palms and wiped the tears that clouded her eyes.
" Bhai, aap Vaidu ke liye aaye the? " She questioned back.
" Ha baccha!  Ab Tu bata! Yeh aasu kyu? "
" Bhai woh uske sath aisa kaise kar sakte hai! Bhai, they firstly humiliated her in front of everyone aur ab kisi aur ke sath uski shaadi karwa rahe hai! How can they do so bhai! "Ruhanika said. She knew, by now, her brother must have understood the situation. She had a support now. She'll make them all face hell now only, she was determined.
" I'll kill that begani shadi wala dulha first! " She said, fire raging from her body.
" Ruh! Calm down first, baccha! "
Ruhanika was surprised, this was not how she expected her brother to react back.
" Calm down! How bhai!? Not before I show them hell! Enough is enough. "
Mihir held her softly, he called a servant with a glass of water, and made Ruhanika drink it.
" Tu yaha kaise? Vaidehi nei tujhe bhi  bulaya tha kya? " Mihir tried taking the matter slowly, he knew how hyper his sister gets when it's related to the people whom she loves.
" Ha woh, Aarzaan aur Parth,Vaidu ke bhai hai na toh unke sath hi! Par that's not important now bhaii" She chided.
" Accha achha ! Ek... Second! Tu Aarzaan ke sath aayi hai? " Mihir asked sternly.
" Bhai! Not now! "
" Acha ok fine! Waise you know who this begani shadi wala dulha is?" Mihir asked.
Ruhanika nodded in negative.
Mihir chuckled.
" Bhaiii! "
" Arey baba! It's Raaghav! "
" Ha Raaghav huwa toh kya huwa.... What... Wait a minute... As in humare wale Raaghav... Raaghav bhai... Your best friend?? " Ruhanika asked, shock visible in her tone.
" Ha ha! Humare wale Raaghav! "Mihir said.

" Par bhai aise kaise? "
" Tu bhul gayi kya! He is a Yaduvanshi. "
" Oh shitt! Iss sab me toh yeh dimag se nikal hi gaya! "
" Now tell me, abhi bhi marna hai? Begani shadi wale dulhe ko? " Mihir teased.
Ruhanika felt shy.. Embarrassed rather.
" They'll look so good together!!Bhaii.. "She said.
" I know right! "
" They'll make a prefect pair! " Ruhanika said, her face was shining now.
After few moments she said, "Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit! "
" Ab kya huwa Ruh!? "
" Bhai, woh.. Woh Aarzaan aur Parth are determined to break this marriage! In fact jab unko yeh sab drame ke bare mei pata chala, toh unhone tabhi faisla kar diya tha, they'll not let this marriage happen. " Ruhanika informed.
" What the.. Yeh Aarzaan bhi na .. Sab ulta hi karna hota hai isse. Problem hi hai woh.. Chalti firti.. " Mihir showed his displeasure.
" Bhai not now please! Ab aage kya karna hai woh bataiye! "Ruhanika said.
" Ab kya, chalo let me talk to them. "Mihir said.
" Tu khush toh hai na? What do you think they'll be good together right? " Mihir further asked, as they walked past the corridor, walking towards Vaidehi's room.
" Bhai, earlier jab mhuje iss sab ke bare mei pata chala toh i was totally against it. But now.. Knowing that it's Raaghav bhai, I am relieved. They'll  be good! " Ruhanika expressed her views.

Mihir hummed in.

On reaching the room, Mihir first came across Abhishek who was still standing there. He walked past him towards where the other three, that's Vaidehi, Aarzaan and Parth were seated.

Abhishek was shocked to see him, The Mihir Rajvansh.
Mihir was quite a famous personality. A famous Doctor, the one who runs a chain of hospitals which are amongst the best in the world and above all a Rajvansh. Who would not know him.

Just than it hit Abhishek like a train, the lady was the daughter of the Rajvansh's, sister of Mihir. And the other man who was with Vaidehi for so long was none other than Aarzaan Kashyap, a emerging businessman.

Mihir went towards Vaidehi and asked the other two to move aside.
" Vaidehi! " ,He called her out.
" Dr. Mihir."
