"We have been driving for hours and the stupid Rv decides to give up now? Real useless piece of metal" Hunter said in disbelief kicking the side of the Rv harshly making Ilene pull her brother away. "It might be a useless piece of metal but it's still private property that belongs to Dale so have some respect if you don't have self dignity OK" Hunter glares at his sister insult and advice as Kiara steps in. "We should probably scavenge. The chances of finding supplies here is quite good" Kiara suggested as Rick nodded agreeing with his daughter. After many hours the Rv broke down in a graveyard of a highway. Cars abondend since the apocalypse.Rick said whilst Dale fix the Rv that we should Scavage for supplies. Kiara, Enzo, Ilene, Hunter and Minho seemingly decided to go Scavage together since bigger groups meant saver.

As the group of friends cautiously traversed the abandoned highway, they couldn't help but let a sense of adventure overcome them despite the bleak apocalyptic setting. Half-jokingly, they began to narrate their own version of a survival reality show.

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to our very own 'Highway Apocalypse Challenge'!" Minho exclaimed, chuckling.

"Today, we will be evaluating the abandoned vehicles on this road for their post-apocalyptic utility. Bonus points if we find one with a functional stereo system!" Enzo added, mimicking the dramatic tone of a game show host.

Enzo pretended to be a contestant, showcasing his acting skills. "Contestant number one, about to approach the next vehicle! Will it be a humble station wagon or a fancy sports car? Place your bets, folks!"

The others placed imaginary bets while Kiara continued the banter, "And here goes nothing, folks! Contestant number one approaches... a dusty, rusty minivan!"

Everyone burst out laughing as Minho exaggeratedly pretended to inspect the minivan. "Ah yes, the perfect ride for a post-apocalyptic family vacation! With extra storage space for all your canned goods!"

As they continued down the road, they encountered an old signboard that read, "Last Gas Station for 100 miles." Ilene couldn't resist making a joke about the dire situation, "Hey guys, are we almost out of gas? Because this doesn't look promising!"

Their laughter echoed through the desolate highway, momentarily lifting their spirits. It was their way of coping with the challenges they faced in this unforgiving world. In those moments, the bonds of friendship and humor helped them forget about the harsh realities of their surroundings.

As they pressed on, the friends couldn't help but appreciate the irony of finding joy and laughter amidst the chaos. No matter how dire the circumstances, they knew they would always have each other to share a joke and lift their spirits during their apocalyptic adventures. "We should keep. Searching idiots and stop joking around" Ilene reminded as everyone continued.

The midst of the apocalypse, their small group of friends  of survivors found themselves scouring an abandoned highway in search of supplies and any signs of civilization. With the unforgiving sun beating down on them, tension filled the air, yet they couldn't help but find solace in each other's company once again.

As they cautiously made their way along the desolate road, the echoes of our footsteps seemed to mock the silence of the abandoned cars that lined the highway. It was as if time had frozen, trapping the remnants of a once vibrant world.

Despite the grim circumstances, they couldn't resist cracking a few jokes to lighten the mood. Enzo, being the oldest son and opposite to Rick , would imitate Rick's stern voice and his "We don't kill the living" mantra, causing everyone to erupt in laughter.Whilst Kiara scolded her brother for making fun of their father. Even in the face of danger, they found comfort and camaraderie in these lighthearted moments.

Minho, always the clever one, picked up a broken CB radio and pretended to have a conversation with a fictional survivor on the other side. He'd put on a thick Southern accent and make outrageous claims, like finding a stash of Twinkies in a nearby abandoned convenience store. Their small group couldn't help but play along, pretending to pass messages back and forth to this imaginary survivor, exchanging tales and sharing our own hopes for a better future.

Amidst the laughter and jokes, they remained vigilant, recognizing that danger could ambush them at any moment. The abandoned vehicles served as potential hiding spots for walkers, their eerily lifeless forms waiting to pounce on unsuspecting victims. Their banter provided a brief respite from the constant fear that haunted us, a momentary escape from the grim reality we faced every day.

But as they continued our search, coming across empty cars and ransacked supply crates, they couldn't ignore the harsh truth. The world as we knew it had changed irrevocably, and the highways that were once filled with bustling traffic now served as somber reminders of the lives lost and the uncertainty that lay ahead.

The once jovial atmosphere gradually shifted as their minds refocused on survival. Every crunch of gravel beneath their boots echoed with the weight of our mission. They had to press on, push through the desolation, and cling to the flickering hope that somewhere, out there, a safe haven awaited us.

With reluctant glances cast back at the abandoned highway, their group continued forward, determined to find a place where laughter could replace fear, and where survival was no longer the sole purpose of our existence

"Get down! Hide" the group of teens eyes widen as they spot a horde bigger than they have ever seen before making their way though the highway. Ilene, Enzo and Kiara hide under a minivan whilst Hunter and minho hide as well underneath a car next to theirs.

The frantic group of teens found themselves seeking refuge beneath abandoned cars on an desolate highway overrun by a horde of walkers. The atmosphere was tense, their hearts pounding, but desperate to distract themselves from the impending danger, they tried to joke around.

Huddled close together, their whispered voices barely audible above the shuffling of footsteps and low growls outside, Minho, known for her quick thinking, couldn't help but comment, "Well, guys, I guess we've finally discovered the true meaning of 'carpooling'! Who needs Uber when you've got a never-ending supply of walkers?"

A nervous giggle escaped their trembling lips, momentarily alleviating the fear that gripped their hearts. Enzo, the group's resident prankster, chimed in, "I always thought taking shelter under a car would be a bad idea, but here we are, turning it into a fashionable zombie hideout! I wonder if this will be the next big trend in the apocalypse."Ilene glares at him and Minho cleat not fond of their jokes.

They shared a nervous chuckle, grateful for the brief respite from the dire situation. As the shadow of imminent danger loomed outside, Hunter , typically the quietest of the group, interjected with a wry smile, "You'd think being under all these cars would shield us from the smell of decay, but nope, you can't escape those nasty ass walkers!"

Their laughter mixed with the chorus of the walkers' moans, an unexpected harmony in the midst of chaos. Trying to maintain their composure, Kiara, known for her infectious positivity, whispered, "It's like a game of hide-and-seek, right? Too bad these walkers never learned to count, or else they'd be able to find us faster!"

The friends shared a brief moment of lightheartedness, allowing the tension to momentarily fade away. Encouraged by their camaraderie, Ilene, who had always been the voice of reason, added, "Alright, guys, let's keep it quiet. Remember, if we can find humor in a situation like this, then we can find hope too. We're in this together, and we won't let those zombies ruin not only our lives, but our jokes too!"

With renewed determination, they clung to each other, nestled under the cars, and braced themselves for what lay ahead. Their jokes may have been feeble attempts to distract from the overwhelming fear, but in the grim reality of a world overrun by walkers, their laughter became a powerful symbol of resilience, reminding them that even in the face of unfathomable darkness, their friendship could serve as a beacon of light.

After what felt like hours it was finally clear to get out. Just as they thought all was alright everything seem to crumble as they watch their life fall apart. Sophia was gone.
