╰┈➤ After losing a bet to Rinne Amagi, both you and Yuta Aoi are sent to a live house-style club somewhere in town to host an unexpected performance. Fortunately, both you and Yuta know how to have fun in a pinch.

The intensity of the game was just picking up. HiMERU was conducting the game itself as the moderator. This game was some sort of personalized version of Karuta(a game where you typically listen to a voice/read a quote and pick up a card based on who you think it is). However, in this game, HiMERU would recite a quote from popular media and eagerly await to see which player would response first. The first to guess three correctly would be declared the winner, and the loser would be indebted to them, owing them one request. In short, a bet.
"Who in popular media says 'sankyou music' as one of her slogans?"
Both players appeared confused. Meanwhile, you leaned on the bar counter where Niki was cleaning. The café was quiet. Café Cinnamon is definitely a favorite place of yours, especially with their precious puppy mascot. Even then, the food is very good— mainly because Niki is there.
"Got no ideas, little bro?" Rinne's teasing voice questioned as he peered down at Yuta, who was seated at a booth directly across the oak table separating his seat from Rinne's. His eyebrows knitted. "Are you going easy on me..?" Asked he. Rinne leaned back against the seats. "Yeah, I wanted to see what you could do before brutal defeat. MeruMeru~, it's Hatsune Miku, isn't it?" He glanced at the blue-haired idol with a cocky grin on his face. HiMERU offered a nod of his head. "It is." He proceeded to hand the card to Rinne, who gladly accepted it with an obnoxious snort. HiMERU glanced at Yuta. "Good job, Aoi." Yuta folded his arms, though still smiling. "Thanks, HiMERU. I really thought I was going to win that." He confessed in an awkward voice. "Welcome to reality, kid." Rinne leaned over the table to aggressively dishevel Yuta's hair.
Niki rolled his eyes, summoning a laugh from you. You always see Rinne and Niki squabble with one another; you wonder if they ever get along.
HiMERU bunched the cards that were laid across the table carelessly by Rinne. He then proceeded to shove them back into a protective sleeve designed for simple playing cards. As he did this, you found yourself eyeing the other cards that you hadn't seen HiMERU draw. They all were quite interesting— they had tons of pop culture references. You were surprised to see "Hello Dubai," there as well.
Ding..!
The bell at the front door chimed happily as a pink-haired individual entered the building. Your eyes shot over to the doorframe, your hand waving subtly as Kohaku entered the café. Niki seemed happy to see him. Kohaku stretched his arms high above his head. "Sorry I missed the game. Who won?" He questioned as Niki rushed to serve him a plate of pillowy mochi. You eyed Niki. "Best get some for Rinne."
