Chapter 54: A First Date with Lord Beerus

It has been three weeks since Tengoku had an encounter with Lord Beerus, Tengoku made a promise she would come to see him on his planet. However, Whis showed her away where Beerus' planet was, so she could train with Beerus.

After a while, she would bring her father Goku, her uncle Raditz, and Vegeta to Beerus' planet. Of course, Goku was thrilled to train. He stated that Beerus' planet is way better than King Kai's planet, which annoyed Raditz and Vegeta sometimes.

Goku, Raditz, and Vegeta would train with Whis after Tengoku explained that the angels are much stronger than the fighters, especially when they train the God of Destruction to become the strongest one.

While this was going on, Beerus watched Tengoku training with Goku and Raditz while Vegeta was training with Whis. He couldn't help but see how strong and attractive she was when he had his first encounter with her. He had never seen her so intelligent when he first met her. It was strange that the female half-Saiyan would manage to transform into the Super Saiyan Goddess. Maybe Sesshomaru has taught Tengoku since he last saw him centuries ago. Sesshomaru may be a full-fledged demon dog from Planet Earth, but he had known Lord Beerus and Whis a long time ago.

"Okay, you four, let's take a break. We'll be having ramen noodles for lunch." Whis said, smiling.

"Great idea!" Goku exclaimed happily.

"Sounds a plan to me, Whis. Ramen noodles are one of my favorite foods at all times." Tengoku said, chuckling.

He hummed at this, figuring out what to do while watching her smiling around. "What should I do? How will I ask her out?" Beerus said to himself.

"My Lord, is something troubling you?" Whis asked, checking him out.

"Whis, I need your help with something," Beerus said, facing him.

He looked at him. "And what would I help you with, Lord Beerus?"

"Well..." Then Beerus began to explain things to Whis, questioning how he would get Tengoku to like him since they first met. Well, they eventually became friends after their battle.

"Ah, I see now! So you liked Tengoku, My Lord! I could tell I always knew you had a crush on her." Whis said.

"Well, it's not that I like her... It's something that I want her to like me like... into me." Beerus said shyly, blushing heavily.

"Oh, Beerus, you have to admit that you still like her more than being a friend to her. I suggest if you should be yourself also be proper to Tengoku." Whis said.

"You want me to be respectful to Tengoku?" Beerus asked, confused.

He nodded. "Yes, My Lord. When you ask her out on a date, you will be confident in yourself. Also, don't overcomplicate and stress out and, of course, don't force her to go out with you. You may be the God of Destruction, but I want you to be proper and respectful to her."

"Well, I wasn't going to, Whis. I wanted something that would make Tengoku go out with me." Beerus said.

"Then ask her out. You two had known each other for almost a month. And make sure to be proper to Tengoku and be confident in yourself." Whis said.

He sighed. "I will see if I can try."

He smiled. "Good luck, My Lord. And also ramen noodles should be ready any minute now if you want some."

"Thank you, Whis."

"Man, I'm a fool. Let's continue to train." Goku said excitedly.

"You know what, Dad? How about we should go home and spend time with Mom and Goten? We've been gone for a couple of weeks." Tengoku suggested.

He let out a sigh. "I suppose that's a great idea."
