Remus' was the weirdest. He came up to the front, slightly nervous.
The first two smells were pretty normal. chocolate and parchment. I can understand THOSE....
It's the third one that made everyone question his sanity. Hospital wing bed sheets. I repeat: THE BEDSHEETS IN THE HOSPITAL WING. He didn't just like clean bed sheets (which would've been alright), he smelled HOSPITAL WING bed sheets. why?
Well.....when Slughorn (who was staring at him quizzically) asked, he said he loved chocolate because it brought back happy memories, parchment because he loved to learn and read and the bedsheets because....
He kind of paused and seemed to be reconstructing a sentence in his head. He then said in a barely audible voice that whenever he'd get into any scrapes or accidents....he liked to know that they were over...when he woke up in the hospital wing. He turned kind of red and stared at the floor for eternity.
Remus is the most normal, tolerable marauder....why do I have the feeling that he's the most complex one as well?
