Chapter 40- Graduation and Big Surprises

Cameron's POV:

"Come on Cam this dress fit you last week!" Connor said as he tried using his strength to zip up my dress. Andrew had bought it for me and it was a small tight little black dress. Today was graduation and I had to wear something nice under my gown.

"Obviously it didn't if you are struggling!" I growled. Finally I heard a loud ripping sound. I gasped as I turned back and Connor had a surprised look on his face.

"You idiot." Emily said. I looked in the mirror at the ripped fabric.

Holy shit.

"Connor!" I yelled turning around holding the ripped pieces.

"Cammy, I didn't do it on purpose! It ripped, dude. Don't you have another dress? Maybe one that is not so tight?" He asked quietly. I turned again pointing my finger at him.

"Are you saying I am fat?" I asked disbelieved. His brown eyes went wide as he held up his hands.

"No, Cameron! I didn't say that! You might just be more comfortable in something not as tight." He defended. I let out a huff and turned back to the mirror. I was gaining a belly. I tossed my hair over and went back into my closet. I grabbed a white flowy dress the went down to just above my knees. It still showed my stomach but I let it go as I stepped out. I shoved on a pair of strappy sandals and I looked in the mirror fluffing out my hair.

"How do I look?" I asked still upset.

"You look beautiful, Cam. Why are you so upset?" Connor asked softly. I let out another troubled sigh.

"It's nothing. I'm fine." I said rubbing my tired eyes. The truth is I wasn't fine; my back hurt, I was gaining weight and I was tired constantly. I shook it off and continued on downstairs.

------------

"Putting on a little weight there, eh Storm?" Someone sneered. I turned as Korkov stood in a tight red dress. She gestured to the small stomach I had and I rolled my eyes.

"We all can't be bone racks like you, Korkov. " I said angrily storming away. She just laughed at me as I sat under a nearby tree while people took pictures. My parents were busy with the council so they could not come to my graduation. I was upset that my parents could not see me graduate but it was for the best.

"What's wrong, baby girl?" Someone asked. I looked up as Andrew sat down next to me. I smiled happily as he took my hand in his.

"I'm tired, Andy. My feet hurt, my back hurts and I'm just exhausted." I said running a hand through my grey hair. He lifted my feet onto his lap as he undid my sandals.

"Your feet are so swollen." He said as he began to rub them. I sighed happily as his hands moved up my leg. Soon I felt hands on my stomach and I looked up to see him frowning at my stomach.

"Andrew, what are you doing?" I asked.

"Are you pregnant?" He asked curiously. I met his eyes and shook my head laughing.

"Andrew I am not pregnant." I denied and he shook his head.

"I think you should see doc just in case." He said staring at me oddly. I frowned standing up and crossing my arms over my chest.

"I'm not pregnant Andrew. Stop it." I growled stomping to the car.
