(I just got some news that my brother didn't need to get open surgery! He's recovering now that he has a machine draining the infection out. He should be out of the hospital in a week more-or-less. I'm super happy! Thanks to all who prayed for him to get better! Welp, lets get going! please enjoy!)

(Sans' POV)

I couldn't help but be scared for (Y/N)'s sake. I mean, I LOVE her! I can't afford my heart to get broken...

I hear a creaking sound from the area where (Y/N) was getting operated in. I see Alphys walk down the hallway toward us. By this time I had told Paps about the happening. Seeing our worry made her suddenly very nervous. She didn't speak, but motioned us to join her to a different room.

It was dark. The only light came from a picture taken from an x-ray of... (Y/N)'s head...

"G-guys... T-this will be h-hard to understand. (y-Y/N) has a... t-tumor in her brain."

I could feel my eye start to glow in anger and sadness. This couldn't be happening! It was only her birthday yesterday! Why?!? Papyrus noticed my anger and sat me down. I couldn't help but to let a few tears fall.

"W-would you like to v-visit her?" My answer was obvious.

"Yes."

(Gaster!Sans' POV)

I couldn't help to see Sans this way. I mean, he is me... An AU, but still me. It had made me feel terrible to see him like this and to know that (Y/N) has a... tumor...

Son, I am sorry-

Father, leave me alone just for a while, please?

Fine...

His presence left again and I was left to hear Sans speak. "Yes."

Papyrus helped him stand and they headed toward the door, where Alphys led us to where (Y/N) was. Se entered silently. The room was dark other then the bright glow of my orange eye that always glowed and a small light in the corner of the room.

Sans ran and skid on his knees to her side. She was awake. Tears streamed his eyes. Paps and I walked to his side and each put a hand on one of his shoulders. Sans took (Y/N)'s hand and held it. She smiled weakly. Sans did the same.

"Hey, Sans... Papy... Gaster!Sans..." Her smile was still weak, but it was bright and she was happy to see us.

"HUMAN! ARE YOU OK?" Paps finally seemed more quiet, but still on the loud side.

She giggled a little. "Yah, Paps, I am ok. I head just hurts a little... I'll be fine." Paps was happy with the answer and leaned over to give (Y/N) a light hug. "Guys, I am so sorry... I didn't want this to happen neither. Well, that's life for ya..."

Sadness washed over me. "(Y/N), don't say anything negative... We all have it hard here."

She looked up to me and rolled her eyes playfully. I give a small chuckle. I, too, leaned over to give her a hug and I kissed her forehead. Sans shot me a look and I tried to tell him with my eyes that it was so she could feel emotionally better. He seemed to understand.

(Y/N) lightly leaned toward Sans, who was still holding her hand. She pecked his teeth and gave him a small hug. "Don't worry, before you know it, I will be out and about! Just you see." She smile and Sans smiled back.

(Time-skip)

It has been a week sense the news of (Y/N)'s tumor. Everyone in the underground now knows. We had visited a few times to check on her. She seemed to have different moods to to the tumor, which had scared many of us. But, turns out, she gets to come home today!

(Papyrus' POV)

I am quite excited to welcome (Y/N) back home! Many of her friends are coming to out home to greet her as she comes back. Sans had just left to sneak (Y/N) her cat ears and tail so that the others wont know that she is human. G!Sans and I were left to get things set up. I was making spaghetti and The other Sans went to put up a banner that the young monsters had created.

Before I knew it, Monsters were starting to show up, some with get-well gifts.

"Hey, Papyrus, where do you want these?" Undyne held up a gift bag.

"OH, JUST PUT GIFTS ON THE SIDE-TABLE. I AM SURE (Y/N) WILL ENJOY THEM!"

Undyne nodded and set her gift down. She came over to me to help me cook the spaghetti.

(Time-skip 'cuz I has an evil mind)

I had finished making the spaghetti and I looked excitedly out the window to look for Sans and (Y/N). Before I knew it, I saw them walking down the street toward the house.

I hopped away from the window and the door was opened. We all Were happy to see her and Sans come. I almost feel sorry for poor (Y/N) being showered with hugs!

"NYEH HEH HEH! (Y/N)! YOU LOOK BETTER ALREADY!" I gave her a big hug and she laughed.
