Was listening to this amv while writing the scene between Nick vs. Criminal Raccoon. Thought the part was more epic with the song in the background as it gave me some inspiration imagining the scene!

"Clawhauser! Judy's down! Please bring back up and an ambulance!" Yelled out Lucas in the police communicator.

"Oh no! Yes! Right away!" Said Clawhauser back.

Lucas looked at the screen while holding a crying bunny in his arms.

In the convenience store.

The criminal leaped up and held on the the handle of the window.

SMACK!

Something hits the raccoon's paw, lost his grip, he fell onto the ground. Landing on his butt while he held his sore paw. The criminal looked around angrily and spotted a CD of Gazelle on the floor. Coming out from an aisle was an angry fox.

Nick glared at the raccoon on the ground.

"D-Don't you n-need to save your bunny friend first?" Stuttered the raccoon while trying to keep his confidence.

Nick was going to but before he made that decision.

Flashback to one minute earlier

"Judy!" Nick cried out as he saw everything fall on Judy. He ran towards the mess but was stopped by the raccoon named Scooter as he yelled out, "We got this! Just catch that criminal!"

He saw the few customers lifting up the stands while the three raccoon workers were digging out the items.

Nick didn't like it but he knew that Judy would wanted him to catch the criminal first than worry about her. Plus, from the looks of it, she was in good paws.

Nick looked at the criminal who was already holding onto the handle of the window. He looked around and spotted the CD album of Gazelle on the shelve. He grabbed it and threw it directly at the criminal's paw.

End of Flashback

"She's in good paws." Nick told him with eyes still focused on the raccoon.

The raccoon slowly stood up and tried to glare back at Nick. "Don't think cause you're a cop I'm afraid of you!"

"Oh really?! Because you should be!" Nick took a step forward towards the raccoon while he took a couple of steps back. "Let me explain to you why you should be afraid me. First, right now another raccoon is sitting in a jail cell because everyone else thinks he's you and he so happens to be a good friend of my partner and I." Nick kept taking more steps towards him while the criminal began carefully walking backwards. "Second, instead of stopping, you ran away and cause of your actions of trying to escape you drop stands making it fall on my partner!" The raccoon's back hits the door of the freezer full of bottles of soda. "Third, my partner isn't just my partner but someone very important to me!" Nick glared down at the raccoon while the raccoon was finally losing his cool. "Fourth, I don't know if she's okay right now!" The raccoon couldn't find an escape and was stuck looking at the angry eyes of the fox cop. "Fifth! Because I know her very well! Instead of being by her side, she rather have me catch you!"

The raccoon slid to the ground as he was now terrified at the fox.

"Good job, Officer Wilde! We'll take the rest from here!" Says Cheif Bogo with a tiger and rihno cop walking towards them. While they handcuff the criminal raccoon, Nick leaves.

The ambulance is outside with doctors already placing Judy on a bed. Nick looks at Judy's unconscious body. Feeling scared, he shakes his as ears are droop down. He wants to yell out her name but could feel the words caught in his throat as feels an urge to cry. He follows as they take out Judy to the ambulance truck.

"Nick!" Both Lucas and Everly came running towards Nick.

"How's Judy?!" Everly cries out. Her ears are down with tears already falling down.

Nick looked away from the two and saw Judy being put into the vehicle and the doors closing. The sirens go on as they're about to move. Finally able to reach a few words out of his throat.

"We got to follow them!" Says Nick and dashes to the volkswagen. Lucas and Everly follow and get in. Nick gets frustrated as he can't find the keys on him. "Where are those dumb keys!" He yells out angrily scaring his passengers.

"Sorry. Forgot Judy gave them to me!" Says Lucas and hands him the keys.

Nicks takes them and starts the vehicle. Nick looks at the ambulance just getting out of the parking lot and follows right after.

Some of ZPD members saw Nick zoom out.

"Cheif?" Clawhauser asked.

"Anyone who doesn't have a criminal in their car can leave and follow Officer Nick making sure he gets to the hospital safe! The rest of you back to the ZPD!" Commanded Cheif Bogo.

Five ZPD cars leave, leaving only two behind.

"Back to the station everyone!" Cheif says as he and Clawhauser hop in the Chief's vehicle. The rihno and tiger cop hop into theirs with the criminal raccoon handcuffed in the back seat.

Nick was trying to follow the ambulance but cars kept coming from right to left, keeping him away from the ambulance car. Frustrated even more now that he was stopped by a red light and more cars coming from right to light.

"Unbelievable! Are there really that many nocturnals out at this time?!" Says Nick angrily. Suddenly, his ears pick up the sound of ZPD sirens. Right next to both his sides come up ZPD officers. He looks at his review mirrors seeing three more behind him.

"We got orders from Cheif Bogo to help you get to the hospital safely! Just stay by us!" Says Nick's friend Jiro, the grey wolf.

Jiro and his partner Franklin drove in front of Nick. Another ZPD car drove beside him with Nick now in the middle of five. All ZPD cars had their sirens on helping Nick get through, getting to the hospital much faster.

Once the ambulance stopped in front of the hospital, they took out Judy and rushed her inside.

Once Nick parked in a space, he dashed out while Lucas and Everly tried their best to keep up with him.

"I'm looking for Judy Hopps! A rabbit cop that was just brought in!" Said Nick to the armadilo nurse at the front desk.
"Oh yes! She was just brought into the emergency room! What's your name?"

"Nick Wilde!"

"Okay. We'll call you up when there's news on her condition. For now you can sit in the waiting room." The nurse told him.

Nick sighed. The three sat in the chairs of the waiting room. His ears were again droop down as he was filled with sadness. Right now all he wanted to see if Judy was okay. It's all he really wanted.

Minutes past and Nick was beginning to doze off. Before he fell asleep, the last thing he heard the were whisper sound prayers from Everly as she pleaded for Judy to be alright.
