One of Andre's guards lifts me up and stuffs me in a black Range Rover
Me: Get off me!!
Andre steps in the drivers seat and locks the doors.
Me: WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT
Andre: Don't fucking scream at me! I fucking saved you after this stupid idiotic stunt you pulled off
Me: Save me? Ahah you think you saved me? The only thing I need saving from is from you!
Andre: Me? Bitch you were being "protected" by an assassin
Me: UNDER QUALIFIED!
Andre: Doesn't matter! He's been trained to kill-
Me: SO WERE YOU!
Andre stays silent!
Me: Didn't think I knew that did you? Don't worry I'm not mad! I know by now that there is a lot of shit you keep from me. It's okay, I've just learnt not to trust or care for you
Andre looks at me dumbfounded as if he can not believe what just came out my mouth. He leaves the car locking me in then comes back a few minutes later with Connor. There's silence in the car and we're just driving. I'm sitting on the front passenger seat, Andre driving and Connor at the back
Me: How did you find me?
Connor: You mean...Thank you for finding me
Me: Shut the fuck up Connor I'm not talking to you
I face Andre
Me: How did you find me?
Andre: We're not talking about this right now
Me: Ohh alright... So every single thing has to be revolved around your time table, ohh that's fine I get it
We drive for about a good couple of hours before we reach the safe house.
Me: Home sweet home
I say sarcastic.
I exit the car and walk straight to the front door. I realise someone is walking behind me and as I turn around I see it's Connor.
Me: Do you mind?
Connor: Here to protect you Lexi
Me: From what?
Connor: From running away again
Me: Not really protecting
Connor: Fine I'm your security guard then
Me: What!?
Connor: Yep
Me: I don't want you to be following me around the house all the time
Connor: Well your fault, this wouldn't be happening if you didn't run away
Me: Ran away cause you guys were being absolute pricks
Connor: We were just playing around with you-
Me: Playing around? Like a bunch of fucking kids
Connor: How am I meant to know that you're so sensitive
Me: You're right, you're not. You're not meant to know anything about me. You're not my boyfriend or even my friend and, quite frankly I wouldn't want to be yours.

Me: Correct. Listen I don't want anything to do with you alright, don't look at me, talk to me or even breathe next to me. I don't like you Connor, I never will. You're an egotistical hood rat that loves attention. I dunno what I saw in you to be quite frank. I hate your guts, you AND! Andre. You guys are the worst people in the world. I don't understand why people tolerate you guys for this long. Best believe I couldn't, that's why I fucking ran.
Connor stands there and just stares at me, heartbroken but yet furious.
Connor: What's gotten into you?
He says softly
Me: Nothing, someone just made me realise that's there's life behind these safe house walls
Connor: Who? Simon?
He says Aggressively.
Me: Yeah, he's... just... Wonderful... He cares about me... Loves me... And he's wayy better in bed than you.

I felt a sudden ache on my right cheek
Did Connor just slap me? I look at his hand and it's bright red. I slowly look up at him without showing any fear.
Me: What's wrong? The truth hurts.
He stays silent, probably shocked at what he just did.
Me: ANDRE!
I shout to Andre who was still by the car talking to a few guards
Me: IF I'M GOING TO HAVE A SECURITY GUARD! I DON'T WANT IT TO BE CONNOR!
I say while staring at Connor dead in the face.
Andre: WHY?
Me: EITHER THAT! OR I MAKE A RUN FOR IT AGAIN
Andre: YOU CAN'T RUN LEXI, WE'VE DOUBLE SECURITY.
Shit!
Me: I KNOW MORE THAN YOU THINK ANDRE!
There's silence at the front porch for a bit
Andre: FINE! CLIVE WILL BE YOUR NEW GUARD.
A guy slowly walk towards me from Andre. While Connor is still standing in front of me
Me: What are you still doing in front of me, you've been replaced.
I gave a devious smile and Connor still doesn't say anything, instead he walks backwards while still looking shocked at me.
Why is there a bright light shining on my face? Ohh wait, it's the morning. I sit up on my bed and just look around my new room. Andre gave me a different room to Connor... Finally, I'm on the top floor "so that it would be harder for me to sneak out" typical! Andre and Connor are on the second.
I open my bedroom door and see Clive, new guard, standing beside it.
Me: Morning Clive
Clive: Morning Miss Ford
Me: Ohh no no just call me Lexi
Clive is silent for a while
Clive: Good morning Miss Ford
Me: Alright then
I say under my breathe. I walk to the sitting room where I see Andre and Connor having breakfast together... Uhh since when did they ever do this?
As I enter they both turn to look at me
Andre: Morning Lexi, come, eat some breakfast.
The table was jam packed with all sorts, bacon, eggs, orange juice, hash browns, beans, sausages, cereal you name it. Ahh how tempted I am to just eat everything. I walk towards the table without making eye contact, grab a bottle of orange juice and walk towards the stairs.
Andre: Lexi! Stop!
I don't stop and keep walking
Andre: I said... ALEXIS STOP!
I don't stop and keep walking, until Clive comes out of no where and stands by the staircase blocking the entrance. Great!
Andre: Where are you going?
Me: My room
Andre: Come, have breakfast with us
Me: No thanks, I don't like eating with murders
Andre: Alexis!
Me: What? You asked
Andre: Nicely
Me: Simon asked nicely and you're still torturing him I bet... Where is my boyfriend anyway?
I look at Connor dead straight in the eye when I said that but he turned around and carried on eating his food.
Andre: Nothing that should concern you
Me: Well it does since I love him
Andre: You DO NOT Love him
Me: You can't say who I can and cannot love
Andre: You don't know him Lexi, he's a bad person
Me: No he's not! You are! You're the only person who I don't know! It's you!
Andre: ALEXIS STOP THIS NOW!
I scream from the top of my lungs
Me: WHERE IS HE? WHERE IS SIMON? WHERE IS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE
*bang*
Connor slams his fist on the table spilling shit all over the floor, his face is faced down, fist clenched and shoulders hunched. The slam scared me a little. Connor got up looked at me then left the room.
Me: If you're not going to answer my questions, then don't speak to me at all
I turn around and attempt to walk away but Clive doesn't budge
Andre: You're not allowed to eat in your room
Me: FINE!
I throw the bottle of orange juice on the floor, which spilt all over the place and storm past Clive then slam my bedroom door shut. Ahh why are they soo annoying man.
I stay in my room for the entire day not speaking to anyone. Andre tried to talk to me a few times but each time I stayed silent. Ahh I'm so hungry, I haven't eaten anything all day. Telling me I can't eat in my room, since when! Dumb guy, he just wants me to be near him and Connor to keep an eye on me I assume. Like I'm kept prisoner in my own fucking room! What else would they want man!
Andre: Lexi
Andre enters the room disturbing my thought.
Andre: Lexi you need to come with me it's important
I ignore him
Andre sighs loudly
Andre: Lexi please
He says in a soft but beggish way
Andre: It's about Simon
He says looking around my room
I shot my head up to look at him. My heart started beating faster, my palms sweating
Me: W-what happened?
I said in a quiet and fragile voice
Me: You better not have hurt him! I swear Andre if you killed him I will make your life a living hell
I started screaming of anger, tears start streaming down my face uncontrollably. I was so scared and angry.. I was scangry!
Andre: Lexi come with me please
I got up and followed him out the house to the car, Clive followed shortly after and got in the car behind us. Andre is driving us as per usual, I realised that he doesn't let anyone drive him around, I mean he has the money and people who are willing to do it but why not? Anyway, that's besides the point, I couldn't sit still in the car, I kept moving, fidgeting, anticipating when the next time I will see my Simon.
We pull up to this warehouse in the middle of no where... Now I see Andre's style
Me: Really?
Andre: What?
Me: A warehouse at God knows where
Andre: Ahh let's go
We standing at the side entrance and I freeze
Andre: You alright?
Me: Yeah
Andre: Are you su-
Before he even finished his sentence I pushed past him and enter a giant room with 4 guards at each corner and my baby tied to a chair at the centre of the building. My heart melted with so many emotions, pity, sympathy, anger, scared, so many I could barely name them all. I rush up to Simon and hug him tightly, so tightly I made it harder for him to breathe.
Simon: Ahh
Ohh God he's in pain
Me: Oh my gosh sorry sorry
Simon: L-l-lexi? Is t-t-that you?
He tries and lifts his head up a little and all I saw was blood. Blood all over his face, forehead, cheeks, eye, everywhere. He could barely open his eyes. Bless him! I wanted to scream but, I know in doing that it would hurt him even more.
Me: S-simon
My voice breakes
Simon: Babe! What are you doing here, you shouldn't be here, it's not safe
Me: Andre let me see you, I needed to see you
I started crying
Simon: Babe don't cry please, I hate hearing you cry, it's the thing that hurts me the most.
I force myself to stop
Me: I'm going to get you out of here I promise
Simon: Lexi
Me: I will, I will devise a plan to find a way for you to get out of here
Simon: Lexi
Me: So we could be together forever
Simon: Lexi please
Me: Everything will be ok-
Simon: LEXI!
I stop talking and just stare at him, stare at his floppy head, his neck not strong enough to hold it
Simon: I don't think you understand
Me: Understand what?
I place my hands on each side of his face
Simon: I can't be with you, ever! I was hoping I wouldn't see you again
Me: What? Why would you say that? Simon I'm going to get you out of here, they won't hurt you anymore
Simon: The only thing that would hurt me.... Is if they hurt you
I stay silent
Simon: And I know that won't happen because I know Andre wouldn't let anything happen to you. All of this torturing is just the beginning
Me: The beginning of what?
You could hear the desperation in my voice for understanding
Simon: The reason they brought you to see me, is because they're going to kill me Lexi.
Me: NO! NO! They're not going to
I start screaming uncontrollably, screaming so much and so loud that it almost turned into a screech
Me: NO! I WON'T LET THEM!
I start to feel light headed but, that didn't stop me.
Simon: Lexi please! I'm not afraid of death
Me: You can't leave me Simon, you just can't
Simon: I love you
Me: What about your parents huh? What about them?
Simon: You're gonna have to look after them for me
Me: You're not leaving me, I won't let it happen
We're both sobbing at this point
Simon: Give me a kiss
He whispers
Me: Huh?
Simon: Kiss me
I lean in towards him and kiss his swollen, cut lips. At this point I realised how much I love this boy, how i'd do anything for him. He truly is the love of my life.
Connor: Alright enough!
A guard lifts me up and pushes me next to Andre who is standing by the door.
Me: Wait!
I try to rush up to him but Andre and some guard pulls me back
Me: Are you really going to kill him Andre?
I look up at him
Andre: He did a bad thing, he must be punished
Me: Punished for keeping me safe? For loving me? Protecting me? Isn't that all the characteristics you want my husband to have?
Andre looks away from me
Me: You're really going to take my only love away from me?
Andre: Lexi
He says in a soft and surrendering voice
Me: WHAT! Don't just say my name and do nothing
Andre: It's not that easy
Me: I don't care how you do it but, if you let him die, I will never... Ever speak to you again and I mean it.
Moments past and Andre lets go of my arm, composes himself and steps forward
Andre: Connor Stop
He shouts to Connor who is standing in front of Simon beating him up
Connor: Why? We have no time?
Andre: We're not doing this, we're not killing him
Simon looks up in shock and in pain at what he just heard.
Connor: WHAT THE FUCK!
He says while walking towards Andre
Connor: You're fucking kidding me right? You're gonna let him go like that? Bro he took your sister-
Andre: And kept her safe
Connor: If he done his job he wouldn't have to. Think about it. What message are we sending the other guards if we set Simon free just because your sister allegedly loves him
Me: I DO LOVE HIM!
Connor gave me a cold warning look
Connor: If we don't do this the guards would think they can do anything they fucking want. The whole business will go down. Years and years of fights, lives and building in the drain if we let this fool live. Come on Andre I know you're not that dumb
Andre looks at the floor then turns to me then turns back to Connor.
A few moments went past and Andre nodded at a guard. Immediately the guard walked forwards and handed Connor a gun
Me: No NO NOOO!!
I start bawling uncontrollably
Andre: Make it quick
Andre said to Connor then walked back to me
I tried wrestling my way out of this guards hands but, he's too strong.
Me: CONNOR PLEASE!!
Connor looks at me then looks back at Simon.
Simon: Should of known you guys were following us, busy town? Psh who am I kidding its never busy there, never!
Connor: You're the reason me and Lexi are like this
Simon: Not my fault you're not truthful. You think killing me would mean you'd win her back? Now that I'm out of the way you think you have a chance? You're dumber than I thought. Connor: I can make this really painful if you don't watch yourself
Simon chuckles a bit
Simon: I'm not afraid of pain.. Or death. Kill me? I don't care, the only thing I care about is Lexi not being protected
Simon looks at me and mouths "I love you" then looks back at Connor
Simon: I guess I'm the only one that actually loves her ayy?
Connor looks furious, angrier then angry. He lifts up his gun and points it at Simon's head.
Me: CONNOR PLEASE!! PLEASE CONNOR!!
I'm screaming so loud I could feel my voice going. The guard and Andre lift me up and takes me out of the warehouse while I'm trying to wiggle my way out of their grip but, there's no use
Me: Pleaseeee
I cry
Silence
*BANG*
Andre looks down at me but I do not move, I stopped crying, I stopped fighting I just stand there, frozen.
Andre: Lexi, we gotta go
I turn around and Andre opens the door for me. I take a step forward but, fall straight to the ground hitting my head and blacking out
