Chapter 10


"Kwon Ji Yong, I need to talk to you." Mia came up to me talking in Korean.

I looked at Celia's adorable face to see her playing with the new phone.

"What is it?"

"You love Celia right? That's why you were stalking us the whole time."

She noticed me?

"Does it matter? She loves someone else anyways..."

"Are you stupid?" I glared at Mia for her attitude. No wonder she got into a fight at the mall. "You're her idol."

"What?" I asked her urging her to keep going.

"Never mind, the fact that she can say your name now probably means she's over you. I don't know what happened between you guys, but you better not have hurt her."

Her words jumbled in my mind as I tried to grasp them.

She's over you.

Realization hit like a brick to the face.

"She liked me?... Liked liked me?"

"Yes, she admired you. To the point of not being able to say your name. Why else do you think she went to a Big Bang concert not knowing the other four guys in your band?"

It all made sense, but...

"What do you mean she can't say my name?"

Mia looked down and sighed.

"Celia has a soft yet kind heart. Instead of facing her problems, she hides from them."

"I noticed... So what happened?"

"She was traumatized during high school when a bunch of mean girls discovered who she liked... She was bullied for being an orphan..." She had no parents? I didn't know... "She vowed to never say her crush's name in fear of getting hurt again."

That vague story made me want to protect Celia even more. An angel like her should never be in pain.

"She can say my name..." I trailed off remembering my outburst against her.

"Yeah, she needs to move on anyways... You're a jerk." Mia said making me pout. "She told me everything, don't even try to cover yourself, pretty boy." Mia's voice got louder catching Celia's attention.

"What are you guys talking about?" Celia's suspicious cute face made me laugh as I walked towards her.

"Nothing, let's go back to your hotel,"

On the drive back, I couldn't help but to think of Mia's words.

I was a jerk to Celia... I was just annoyed that my work schedule got pushed back a week.

I was mad at her, yet I fell for her.

She liked me this whole time, and I misunderstood her.

I am stupid.


When we were back at the hotel, I helped bring Celia's suitcases to my car. I'm going to bring her to her new apartment.

Which was actually mine, but I don't live there.

I have to live with my band brothers to work on music everyday.

Mia came along incase I tried to do anything to Celia.

I do have urges, but it doesn't mean I can't control them...

"GD? Could you tell the guys that I'm going to be late for 30 minutes?" Celia asked in her gentle voice.

"What for?" I asked when I placed down the luggage by the bedroom door.

"I'm going with Mia to the airport for her flight."

"I'll drive you guys."

"No no, you don't have to-"

"I want to."

Celia gave me a questioning face as I smirked at her.

"It's really early though..."

"I don't mind, just call me when you need me to pick you guys up... I'm on speed dial."

"Can I text you?"

"No, call me."

I want to hear your voice.
