The culprit

Chapter 39

I drove around town and circled the SM building several times.

Where could she be?

Where would she stay?

And.

How could she just forget her phone like that?

Wait a minute...

She said something about it last night... She did it on purpose!

God I'm so stupid!

I need to find her before she leaves everything behind...

I reached the phone store and walked out my car with my sunglasses as disguise. Well, it used to be Celia's sunglasses.

I never wanted her to wear it because it covered half of her gorgeous face, and plus, it was too dark, it hid her beautiful blue eyes.

I quickly picked out a high-tech phone and readied to get back to my search. But when I came out of the store, I noticed a mass amount of people at the park across the street.

Curious, I pushed my way into the center and saw the SM van.

Psh, of course SM would attract a crowd. That's all they're good for: looks.

I started to walk away but was stopped by the mumbling gossips.

"This is the finale of Love Sick?" "Yeah... But I can't see her at all!" "Let's get closer..."

I inconspicuously followed the 2 fans and spotted a film crew.

Could this be?

My heartbeat sped up as I tried to get a better view.

There's a gazebo, and 2 girls under it.

No, wait.

One of them is Taemin from SHINee, and the other is...

Celia!

She turned to the camera and they faked kiss.

My blood boils at their close contact even if they never touched.

But more importantly, I found her!

A smile crept up to my face as I desperately tried to squeeze past the unbudging crowd. People shoved me back as I tried to peek over their shoulders, so I sighed and moved the other direction.

It took me awhile to move my way around the human maze, and considering how skinny I was, I'm lucky enough to move at all.

I started to get Celia's attention when I couldn't get any closer. She was too busy with acting, so she never glanced my way.

Oh well, it doesn't matter how long I have to wait, I will never get tired looking at her.

After who knows how long, Celia eventually peered over at my general direction.

I stared into her eyes under my sunglasses hoping she saw me.

She did.

Because her eyes widened and her body turned.

I saw the panicking SM crew from my peripheral vision as Celia stopped acting.

I was about to raise my hand to wave when Taemin grab a hold of Celia's face and kissed her.

Many in the crowd were surprised, and some were angry. Like me.

I was about to storm into that gazebo when someone snatched my collar and dragged me back.
