Chapter 44

JIMIN'S POINT OF VIEW:

She brushed her hands through her hair before planting herself on the spare seat beside me, "So," she paused for a moment and turned to me, "My mum called me about this during the tour but I totally spaced out...I'm going to need to ask for a couple days off, it's nothing serious. I just need to go to Turkey to sign a few documents, to legally transfer some property to my name."
"Really? That's it? Can't they just fax you the documents, and then you can sign them from here?" I asked, hopeful; that she wouldn't have to leave.
Sena scrunched her nose, "Sorry, I have to be there in person because it's not like a will where my name can be given, I need to sign in person."
I didn't say anything.

"I won't be long. Promise." She said in a much more upbeat tone as she began playfully tugging at my cheeks.
"Buht eym going to miss you" I managed to muffle out.
She giggled at me, "I'm going to miss you too, I promise it'll only be a short trip." Short was still too long.

"When will you go?" I asked, while playing about with my fingers.
"If the company is okay with it, on the 21st..."
"What? You mean as in next month, riiight?" I shot back in a panic.
"No, as in the day after tomorrow..." she mumbled out.

The day after tomorrow?
Hah. How unfortunate.
My mind wandered off to the surprise dinner reservation I had made for that evening, at a fancy restaurant by the Han river, at a table with a great view.

I guess I had to rearrange.

"Jddjjsjsjddj Ugh" I let out in frustration before I launched myself at her direction and position my head on her lap.
"Whyyyyyy T T" I moaned as I kicked my legs about, "Can't you go later?"
"No, it's important... Why?" She looked down at my sulky face.
"No reason." I shrugged and turned to face away.

SENA'S POINT OF VIEW:

As soon as the sad Jimin left, leaving me feeling a little empty but filled with solicitude for the boy.
I made a call to my boss to negotiate a few days off.

I really didn't want to be there any longer then I had to be, I didn't plan on staying any more than 3 days.

After getting the 'go' from my boss, I headed to my laptop to book a flight. As I was clicking away, a message arrived from Jimin.

Jimin: Do you really have to go?

Sena: Yes

Jimin: How about you take me with you????? ;)

Sena: Jimin you're busy. You have to attend your schedule kmt.

Sena: Chill. It's just a few days.

Jimin: ;-;

Sena: I promise I'll make it up to you.

Jimin: Really? How?

Sena: It's a secret :P

Sena: If you want you can sleep over tomorrow I guess

Jimin: IS THAT HOW YOURE GONNA MAKE IT UP TO ME?????? SENA? :D

Jimin: WOAH I MEAN I WASNT EXPECTING THIS BUT SURE

Sena: OMG NO. YOU CAN SLEEP ON THE FLOOR. Fgs. Drink some holy water.

Jimin: Oh. Okay, that's okay too.

I finished booking my flight and went onto fulfil my translator duties.
I cracked my knuckles and began typing away.
Today? I get to translate album credits! And vLives! Well the Vlive thing is new, it originally wasn't on my work load, but I guess it was now.
Luckily, I only had Namjoon's love from yesterday to translate.
