"I shall accompany you" I said as i bowed down and held my hand out for her to take
"Why thank you" she said as she placed her hand in mine while attempting to curtsy
Hand in hand we skipped off to the car. On the way to the car the catchy song "Im Sexy And I Know It" started to blare from my phone.
"Whats up gorgeous" I said into the phone after i checked the caller id
"You ditched without me " Lala said into the phone without even saying hello
"I took Alex out" I said trying to defend myself
"Yea ok be home by 8 were having family dinner" she told me and hung up
This was truly one of those moments where i wished i had a flip phone so i could flip it close dramatically.
I joggeed the rest of the way to the car and laid it on top of the car.
"Whats wrong" Alex asked wrapping her arms around my waist from behind
"Of course"she said and walked around to her side of the car to get in.
We drove in silence for majority of the ride.
"What are you thinking about" I asked trying to break the silence.
"You"
"What about me"
"Why your such a scaredy cat" she told me bluntly
"How" I asked already knowing the answer just trying to stall
"Your feelings" she said
"Forrrrr" I asked dragging out the R
