Ember's POV
I loved the moments when I finally got to take some time to relax.
You never get to truly appreciate the little things in life until you've had a child for example taking a bath in peace. I hadn't done that in so long but I decided today would finally be the day.
I had handed Diamond over to Mary and practically sprinted up the stairs for some me time. It's not that didn't love spending time with her, in fact I was never away from her but the kid was a handful so sometimes I just needed some space to stop my head from exploding.Mary was honestly my life saver!
Mr J had hired her a while back to be our Peanuts nanny because he was becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of time alone we had together and since Harley refused him now, I was his only source of pleasure.
Mary was a beautiful girl, tall, long red hair and stunning green eyes.
At first I was extremely worried Mr J would turn his eyes to her, I mean what man wouldn't but he hadn't tried anything and she proved to be very dedicated to me and Diamond.
She was the closest friend I had in this house and I was so thankful for her. Finally deciding that two hours hiding in the bath was long enough, I got out and proceeded to get ready.
Just as I was about to head out my room, my phone began to ring and looking I saw it was Mary.
'What has she done?' I sighed through the phone.
'I only turned my back for a second and she.....no Diamond stop it!' She groaned making me laugh.
'Where are you guys?' I giggled.
'In the lounge'
'Ok I'm coming don't worry'
Putting my phone to the side I hurried down the stairs to see what my 'lovely' child had done now.Walking into the lounge I saw Mary's dilemma.
'Diamond!!' I whined as I slapped my hand against my head.
'Mammyyyyy!' She squealed excitedly turning her head my way, her light curls bouncing around her face.
