(Y/n)'s P.O.V.
I sighed as I stared up at the sky. Since the... incident I had been living my life on the run, moving city to city.
I knew that I couldn't stay in one place, people were looking for me, the government was looking for me, and if I stopped once, stayed in a city for too long, I would be put in prison in a heartbeat.The first two months were the most difficult, from there it only got easier to stay alive, but it also got more risky.
As time went on I gained street smarts and, thanks to my phone, I was making money as well. The downfall of that, however, was the jobs I had were not ones that would get me off the naughty list.After the... incident I was forced to constantly move from place to place. I woke up every day wondering if this would be my last.
I knew I would be charged for the death of the two men I killed, and my father, and I was pretty sure running from the cops, collecting classified information, and helping criminals hasn't done any good for my records either.
I looked up from my perch on top of an apartment building and felt as my phone vibrated in my pocket. I let out a sigh, knowing who it was who had texted me, before reaching into my hoodie and pulling my phone out. On the screen. It read;
Boss
Come to our usual meeting spot, I have a task for you.I sighed and stood up.
'This sucks.' I thought as I made my way down the stair well. As I hopped down the steps I played with my phone.
Lately I had been getting a lot of messages from my security system. Someone had been trying to hack into my phone for the past few days. I knew I would be able to track them very quickly, but time always seemed to escape me.'Tch, idiot.' I thought as I checked my phone, reading over the message sent to me by my security system.
I started to set up a trap so that the next time they try to enter my phone's hard drive they will get a virus that I had made. Said virus would kill the phone.
'Why didn't I just do that earlier?' I asked myself, 'better late then never I guess.'
I walked up to the ground floor door ,pushing the door open, before walking into the lobby. All the while not taking my eyes off my phone.
I exited the lobby and began to make my way down the busy street.I walked to the stairs that led down to our "meeting spot", before making my way down the stairs and opening the door.
Once I did the horrible smell of alcohol filled my nose. It disgusted me how people wasted their life away drinking, none the less how bad it is to consume it in such large quantities.
I ignored the scent, however and walked over to the bar.My eyes gazed over the many drunken men and the few unfortunate women before my eyes finally spotted the man I was looking for.
I started walking over to him when my path was blocked by a large man. I looked up at him."Excuse me." I said as I tried to push him out of my way. He didn't listen, instead his eyes scanned over my small stature. "Move." I commanded.
"Oh, don't be that way doll face." He said. I felt myself grow angry as I tried to walk past him, only for him to block my way once again. "Come on, I'll buy you a drink, we can head over to my place."
