Moving in with the Griers ( Hayes Grier fanfic)

Chapter 68

*1 month later*

*GIANNAS POV*

It's been about a month since the whole Hayes incident happened. It's been about a month since I've been depressed. It's been around a month since I've started happily dating Ashton. It's been a month.

Hayes and Cindy are doing what there doing, and me and Ashton are doing ours. There's just one problem. I think I still love Hayes. I know I should have gotten over him already, but I just can't.

Another thing, me and Hayes now take online and home school school. It makes it easier for us with Magcon. But I am going to attend high school in order to get into a good college.

"What do you want to do?" Ashton asks me.

"Wanna go down to the park? We can climb a tree or something." I say, slightly laughing.

"Sure." He smiles. Ashton hasn't changed a bit. Where as Hayes did. He's gotten rude and selfish, I'm happy that we're over.

I bring a book that I've been obsessed with lately, The Fault In our Stars, and grab my phone. Me and Ashton walk hand in hand out of my house. We walk past all of the surroundings I have gotten used to over the last month, and we so it together. I love Ashton. He loves me. I also think I still have a sweet spot for Hayes. But we could never go back together, right?

"That one!" I shout, pointing to a medium size tree, good for climbing. Ashton gives me a little boost, and I climb up and sit on a sturdy branch, him sitting on a branch next to me. One thing I love about Ashton is we can just look at each other for hours without it being awkward or anything. He makes me feel comfortable.

"Hey G, I'm really sorry, but I have to go, family emergency, want me to walk you home?" He asks

"No, I'm going to stay here a while. See you soon." I say.

"See you soon love." He says, giving me a light kiss on my nose. After he leaves, I jpget down from the tree and sit in a nice patch of grass under it. I then get settled and start reading from where I left off in tfios.

"Look who it is, miss perfect." I hear a high pitched voice say. I look up to see Cindy and Hayes. Cindy seems relaxed, while Hayes seemed nervous.

"Hi." I say, giving them a believe able smile.

"Whatcha reading?" Cindy asks

"The fault in our stars by John Green, it's lovely." I state. She cackles at my remark.

"It is pretty good, actually." Hayes says, making Cindy's face go blank. I can tell something's wrong with Hayes. He's not his usual self anymore, as I said earlier.

"I should better get going, I promised to help make dinner today." I get up and walk away from them. I quickly make my way home, and go into my room. Shortly after Hayes comes in, alone.

"Hi." I say, smiling. I've missed him. I just want to call him mine again, but what about Ashton?

"Hi." He says. "Gianna, I need to tell you something. Ever since we, well, split, I haven't been myself. I used to be happy and myself, and now, I just seem like I'm mean to people. I don't mean to be mean though. It's just because it hurts." Hayes says, with a lot of emotion behind his voice.

"What hurts?" I ask.

"Not having you anymore. I know your dating a perfect guy now, but I want another chance. Please Gianna, I already told Cindy I don't want to be with her anymore. We had such a great thing going, and I blew it for us. I miss us going on dates, laughing together, being happy together, I even miss you kissing me. I generally miss you." Hayes finishes. I'm in awe. I can't believe Hayes said that stuff. I don't know what to do. So, I get up and hug him.

"Another chance?" He asks

"Another chance." I assure.

AUTHORS NOTE!

Short filler chapter! So, Hayes and Gianna are back together eh? What will Happen With Ashton? I don't even know, and I'm the writer! And I'm really dissappointed now because I had two milli reads then I deleted two of the authors notes and I don't have two million anymore:( but well get back to it:)
