Chapter 7: Don't Tell Me I'm Falling.

There was a quiet knock on my door, and Ulquiorra stepped in. Grimmjow had come to my room earlier to drag me out of bed, so we can go train. Grimmjow was sitting at my desk, while I was standing next to my window. I looked over and saw Ulquiorra standing there. Grimmjow's smile slipped off his face turning into a frown, so he could glare at him.

"Are you ready to train?" Ulquiorra asks.

"Uhm, actually I'm going to train with Grimmjow today." I say with a smile on my face.

"No." He said.
.
"Excuse me?!" Grimmjow says. "Who made you boss while Lord Aizen is away.

Ulquiorra ignored Grimmjow and says, "Let's go Mai."
.
I slowly began to follow him while I trudged my shoulders behind me. Grimmjow got up, and began walking beside me.

"What are you doing?" I whisper to him.
.
"He never said I couldn't come along and watch." He says grinning at me.
.
"True." A smile slipped back onto my face. Today is going to be a long day.

We reached the training grounds once again. "Hold on." I say.

"What for?" Grimmjow asks.
.
"I have a goal for today." I say smirking. "Ulquiorra, is that were your going to start?" I ask
.
He nodded his head in a 'Isn't it obvious?' kind of way. I walked over to him and ripped a piece of cloth from my jacket and place it in the spot he was standing at. Both his and Grimmjow watched me with curiosity in there eyes. Then I pulled out my sword. I took 10 steps away from Ulquiorra. I walked around him in a circle dragging my sword behind me.

"Okay. We can start now." I say. I put my sword back into its sash. I stood before Ulquiorra and examined my surroundings. It seems Ulquiorra is right handed.

I placed a foot before me, bent down and picked up some sand and felt its texture between my fingers. I bet I could use this sand to my advantage, and get Ulquiorra to bring out his zanpakuto. I stood up, and stood in an offensive way.

I quickly grabbed my sword out, and lunged at Ulquiorra, who stepped off to my right. Once my feet landed on the ground, I spun in a circle to get a full force blow in, and swung at him. He took a step back.

"Mai, your attacks I too up front." Grimmjow yelled.
.
I nodded my head. He was right, My attacks were to obvious. I closed my eyes, and focused on my spiritual pressure. When I was focused enough on it, I let it out, creating some kind of feeling.

"Wow." I heard Grimmjow say. "Strong reiatsu."
