-Audrey-

"You are so not looking up 'Things couples do'." I snort watching Clay go through a list of idea's. I'm sorry, but this is one of the reasons why I love him.

"Looks like we are baking a cake today." Clay tells me while setting down his phone. I stand there shaking my head back and forth just chuckling. "For warning, I suck at baking with people." I speak the truth. Once, Ashlyn and I tried making Cookies.... key word 'Tried'. She ended up not having eggs and we already sat there for about an half an hour chopping up bakers chocolate, because she had no chocolate chips. And hell, I was on my period and I NEEDED chocolate chip cookies.

We about died till I asked her if we could make eggless cookies. She told me there was no such thing till I looked it up... that day we also learned you can make a eggless omelet. True story.

Anywho, They ended up all bubbly and burnt, because I suggested we make BIG cookies... words of advice... don't cook with me. Something wrong ALWAYS happens. But the werid thing is... If I'm cooking alone... everything goes good...

Must be the person.

"Haha, me too." My eyes go wide as Clay said that. Well this should be interesting.

"CLAY DONT!! STOPAH!" I shout, practically sprinting across the kitchen so he doesn't put an extra egg in the mixture. He catches the sustenance and moves his hands over the counter. I face palm myself and give him 'the look'.

"Did you just give me the look?" He asks with sass. The egg still sticky in his hands. I shrug my shoulders. "Possibly. " I mumble. Turning on my heals to head back to the oven, I feel something cold running down my head...and I just know it was the egg.

"Clay Ryan LaBrant, you are in so much trouble." I calmingly say turning around, even though I was furious. My eyes darted into his as he started laughing. "You're not my mother, you're my girlfriend. " He states and starts mixing the different ingredients in the bowl.

"So that means, I wouldn't get in trouble if I did this?" I take a hand full of flour and blow it acrossed his face and shirt. His eyes squint together tightly. "You are correct Audrey Lynn Davis." Clay picks up the bowl and opens his eyes. "And of course you wouldn't be mad if I did this." That's when he dumps the cake batter on my head. That little shit.

"You are so dead." I threaten. I can just feel the cake batter running down my back. Clay's eyes shoot wide open, putting his hands out in defense, but before he can do anything, I already have him tackled on the kitchen floor. Sheri is going to be so mad.

"Fear my wrath." I shout hugging Clay and wipping the Cake Batter onto him. It doesn't really bother him, considering he is laughing. Eventually I begin to laugh too. "I'm really sticky." I giggle looking at my clothes. I still straddle Clay on the kitchen floor.

He chuckles and takes my hand, kissing it. "You taste good though." Both of us let out a little laugh. I get up, also helping him up. There wasn't really a big mess... I guess.

"Oh shit. My mom." Clay screams pointing out the window at Sheri, who is walking up the steps. My eyes widen. "I'm out." I shout, but before I can run Clay grabs me. "So close." I say under my breath.

Both of us stand there smiling as Sheri walks in. Her not looking our way yet, but we knew she would soon.

Our smiles grew as she looked our way. Her mouth dropped. "What happened?" First thing I hear is the heals of her boots clicking the floor. Then a whole lecture of how you properly cook... next the scolding... Lastly, laughing at both of us for how we looked. "You guys go clean up, then right back down her to help with this mess."
