"Come along now, Karma-kun! I have something I want to show you!" A girl said, her eyes following that of a young boy with flaming hair.

"Is this another unicorn palace?" The kid-in-question asked, his eyes narrowing.

"No, I promise it's not. And for your information, they are real."

"Yeah, if you say so. Though it's hard to believe that you're almost twice my age and yet you act like a four-year old."

"Oh Karma-kun, learn to have some fun." The girl said, pulling off a pristine snow-white dress to reveal some shorts and a simple t-shirt. "Thank god, now I don't have to wear that stuffy thing anymore."

Karma grinned. "Oh, does poor Yumi-chan not like to wear dresses?" The redhead said, poking her side, knowing that she was expected to wear one at all times, unless she was asleep. Her father was expecting a beautiful girl out of the young female, and although she was quite pretty, forcing her to act like a spoiled brat wasn't her style. They often joked about the face her father'd make, though they knew that it wouldn't end well if she was caught acting like a little kid.

She scoffed. "I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, squirt." She jabbed him with her own words, pointing out the obvious height difference between the two.

The redhead merely laughed, knowing that she was joking and one day he'd be taller, he just knew it. There was rarely a chance that they could simply poke fun, and Karma was just glad that he got to see the mischievous side of Yumi before she returned to her calmer side. Not like that one wasn't any fun either, but it was nice to see her have fun like this.

The older girl pulled him along, making sure to avoid the roots for the extremely young male. She led him on until they reached a the edge of the forest.

"This way!" She called, letting go of the redhead's hand so that he could walk on his own.

"I'm coming, I'm coming." He grumbled, his small pout visible as he reached his aunt. His relatives were confusing. Just be glad that she wasn't younger than him like some other uncles and aunts were. At the very least, she was around seven years older than him.

They reached a small entrance that sat between two large oak trees, the leaves whipping around the two as they crawled through. Making it to the other side, Karma couldn't help but find it amazing, despite his normally pessimistic mindset he kept until a specific speck of blue washed it away like the ocean does the shells which lay on its beach.

A large lake glittered in the sunlight, swans and other animals swimming along the exterior of the bowl of water. Small fish swam near the surface, their scales gleaming through the translucent water. Apple trees hugged the sides of the backside of the lake, producing shade and red, gleaming fruits that dangled from the branches like they were about to fall off the tree.

Karma's face settled into a genuine smile, not of his usual smirk as he glanced around the beautiful view. "Okay, I'll admit it. This is pretty amazing." He said.

Yumi squealed, taking his hand and leading them along the views, showing them around. She was talkative, as she always was, but Karma didn't mind. She wasn't like most of his family, rich, spoiled, pompous brats that expected everything to be done for them. She was child-like, and had an imagination of a toddler, but she was caring, and compassionate for everyone that she cared about.

She was just down-right amazing, and Karma couldn't help but chuckle as she tried to get a duckling to get closer to her.

"Did you see that Karma? Did you? I got to touch it's tail!!" She twirled around, her face beaming. "It's sooooo cuteeeee!! I wish I had a duckling. Maybe I should take it in, spoil it rotten, but teach it to be better than our family." She said, wringing her hands as she puffed up her cheeks. "But the mother may not be too happy about that." She smiled sadly, her face turning back to it's chipper self as she dragged him around to see the family of chipmunks and squirrels.

'Yes', Karma thought. 'I really like this Yumi. I wish her parents could see this side of her too, and accept it.'

His smile deepened as he watched her hold a baby bird in her hand, rambling about how beautiful it'd be later.

'Yumi truly is an incredible person.'
