Think
Of what the other might respond to you
Of what the consequences might be
Of what might happen if you do such a thing
Think:
Would I say this at someone's funeral?
Will I remember this in an hour?
Will this affect my hopes for the future?
Think
Of how powerful words are
Of how loud actions can speak
Of how differently a world can change
Think
And if what you decide is best
For everyone,
Go right ahead.
But if not,
Think
Again.
I'm sorry that I haven't written in such a while, but I've had no inspiration whatsoever and have been feeling poorly as of late. I hate writer's block and getting sick. Anyway, if you do have any requests for poems you'd like to see or ideas you have, just comment them and I'll do my best to do them justice!
