Sitting in my room alone while they took me to do some testing, Logan decided to take this time to do some planning.

"So, I really need some help doing something special for New Year's. It's looking like she's going to have to lay low for a few days, and since she and Lorelai were fighting, we didn't really get to celebrate Christmas, either. I just want to do something nice for her, to show her how much I care about her" Logan said.

"So you're asking the guy who has never settled down with a Sheila in his entire life..." Finn mocked him.

"Yeah, yeah, I know, but I also know how much you care about her, and your flair for planning things, so I was hoping you might have some ideas" Logan said.

Finn laughed gingerly and raked his fingers through his hair. "Well, everything I've ever planned has always included drinking and debauchery – something tells me that's out of the question this go round" he said with a smirk on his face.

Logan laughed, realizing asking Finn for help was probably one of the last things he should be doing, but he was at a total loss.

"Me thinks you should just ask that sexy minx over there" Finn nodded towards the door.

"That's my sister, Finn. That's just disgusting" Logan said with a laugh, but then jumped to his feet to greet his sister with a kiss on the cheek.

"How's your girl?" Honor asked.

Logan sighed and shrugged. "I've got absolutely no idea. She's having a really rough time all the way around right now. She's just so mentally, emotionally and physically drained" he answered.

"Well, yeah! What did you expect!? Don't you remember when I was pregnant?" she asked.

"Which time?" he asked.

"Either one, they were both miserable" she said with a laugh.

"Miserable?" he asked.

"Oh, absolutely! And just think, that was only one at a time! She's got TWO children inside of her, which means double the hormones, double the sickness, and double the panic" she explained.

"I'm such an idiot. I've been so worried about her, I never took into consideration that any of this could be 'normal'... I just don't think she wants to be pregnant. This was never part of her plan, and I feel like she resents the twins, and kind of me, for her whole life turning upside down... I just hate that she feels that way, and I've been trying to figure out ways to make her feel better about the situation, but I have no idea what I'm up against" he admitted.

Suddenly they all got quiet whenever I was wheeled back into my room.

"Hey, sweetheart, how'd it go?" Logan asked.

"The test went well, but we won't be able to get the results back for at least a couple of hours" the transporter said, helping me back into bed from the wheelchair.

Finn walked over to me and kissed me on the forehead as soon as the transporter left. "Hey there, beautiful. How are you feeling?" he asked.

"Hi, Finn. I'm not feeling so hot these days" I said sadly.

"You're kidding me? You certainly do look ravishing for someone who doesn't feel very well" he promised.

"Stop hitting on my girl, Finn" Logan teased him, walking over to me on the other side. "Do you need anything, Ace? I'll get you anything you need" he promised.

I shrugged. "I could really go for some coffee..." I said, and he just laughed and nodded, walking out the door.

"That bloke really loves you, you know" Finn said with a smile.

I nodded and smiled back. "I know. And if he wasn't the love of my life, I'd never be able to do all of this" I pointed out.

"What makes you say that?" he asked.

"Well, because this isn't the way my life was supposed to go right now. This was not part of my plan. If it would've happened with anyone else besides Logan, I might've already considered plans for adoption" I answered honestly.

Honor's head snapped over at me harshly. "You don't even want your babies?" she asked in surprise.

"What?" I asked.

"That's NOT what she said, Love..." Finn said to Honor.

"Of course I want them, it's just –" I started.

"I – I've got to go..." she said, hightailing it from the room, not waiting to hear another word.

"Honor!" I called after her, trying to get up, but Finn wouldn't let me go.

"You need your rest, Love" he said firmly.

"Why is she making such a big deal out of it? I was just being honest, and I never said I didn't want them..." I defended myself.

"I know. She'll come around. It just caught her by surprise, is all. I'm sure of it" he said.

"Hey, is everything okay? Where are you going in such a hurry?" Logan asked his sister.

"You need to talk to that girl, and get her right, or I'm afraid she's going to do something crazy" she said.

"What? What are you talking about?" he asked in concern.

"She doesn't even WANT those babies, Logan! She said if it were any other father than you, she would've already made arrangements to get rid of them!" she exclaimed.

"No... She wouldn't do that. She's just overwhelmed" he tried to insist, but she wasn't having it.

"No, Logan, that's scary! I think you need to seriously consider what needs to be done for her, or you just need to pack up and take those babies with you" she said.

"What in the world are you talking about!? Honor, I don't know how you could say all of that! You were so adamant about us getting back together, and then you were so excited to find out she was pregnant! You're her friend! Where is all of this is coming from!? I really don't appreciate what you just said about the mother of my children! You know I love that woman with all my heart, and nothing you can say will change that!" he promised her.

"I'm not trying to change anything, Logan, I'm just trying to help you avoid a bigger problem! I'm afraid for all four of you!" she insisted with a worried expression on her face.
