Pretty young thing Chidera, become tired of her reality. The continuous, shouting, pain and fear becomes overbearing.
However, there is not much she can do, but endure it. She looks for comfort online instead, not seeing any other valuable option...
"Oh my days your room is too peng!" Bambi comments in awe. I was currently Skyping Bambi, Tiana and Chelsea. A call with them has been long overdue and been putting it off because I keep forgetting and life here is pretty fun to pick up my phone unless I want to take pictures. But finally picked up my phone at a great time to call them.
"Yeah me too, it's so you, I love it." Chelsea agrees.
"Your just living life, I actually hate you." Tiana groans, making me laugh.
"This is all going to end soon anyway." I say, trying to make Tiana feel better.
"Yeah but at least you got to experience it." She pouts.
"Okay, let's talk about something else, like how's your mum and brother?" Chelsea chang s the subject.
"They good, relaxed, also loving it here, Chad is going to be so upset when we go back." I tell them.
"Aww I can imagine." Bambi says with Tiana agreeing.
"So boys." Tiana headlines, her favourite topic.
"What about them?" I roll my eyes.
"Ummm any of them interest you?" She asks.
I immediately think of Maurice and how we have become closer and relationship has went into the next level. The way he makes me feel, when he holds me, looks at me-
"Fucking tell us, there is someone." Bambi exclaims, dragging me from my thoughts of him.
"It's so bloody obvious, the smile that came up on face as soon as T mentioned it." Chelsea agrees.
"Chi you best tell us, who is he? What is he like? How old is he? Did he get you anything for Christmas?" Tiana rushes.
"Ugh fine, it's just some guy." I say.
"Yeah, we're going to need more information than that darling.'' Tiana says, rolling her eyes.
''His name is Maurice and he's very pretty like he's a pretty boy. He's great, understanding, undeniably kind and generous. He's funny as hell and he is so caring and completely a mummy's boy, oh my gosh you should see him when he's with his mum so cute and funny, I swear. He is 100% real with me which is great and our bond at the amount just seems unbreakable, I love it. I don't love him yet though, but you can say I'm infatuated with him. Oh and he did get me something for Christmas, He got me these customised shoes which match the ones I got him and we didn't even plan it and he got me this bracelet, pretty right?'' I end lifting up my wrist to show them the bracelet.
''Aww that's so cute, goals for real.'' Bambi awes.
''Fucking hell, that looks expensive, I think he likes you too.'' Tiana comments studying the bracelet I was still showing them.
''It is it's a LOVE bracelet from Cartier. Love bracelet, small model, 18K pink gold, set with 177 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 0.95 carats. Sold with a screwdriver. It was £22,100.'' I tell them, I had memorised what I had read online about it, making all their mouths drop open in shock.
