Rosie's POV:

Two weeks later, everyone found themselves getting ready to go to Hogsmeade.

I woke up at 7:30 just to get ready. I walked over to my trunk in a thin silk nightgown, and pulled out my clothes.

I pulled my blue overalls over my legs and then let it hang there while I pulled on my stripped shirt. I clipped the sides up, put on my black platform boots,  grabbed my yellow coat and then my pink tinted glasses. With a quick wave of my wand, my hair was in its usually style, long and straight, and my earrings had put themselves on.

"You look so pretty!" Kylie gushed as she finished doing her makeup. "You look hot, but not as hot as my crush." Em agreed as she zipped her jacket up. "Who is it?!" I asked eagerly. "He's a Ravenclaw." Em admitted, a slight blush across her cheeks. "His name is Evan Copperhead, but he likes being called Ev." "Ohh! Ev and Em, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" Ky and I chanted as we danced around stupidly. "Shut up." She groaned as she picked up her purse. "Shut up you bitches. I'm hungry." "Okay Mrs. Copperhead. Let's go!" I raced out to save myself from a hit.

"Morning boys!" I greeted cheerfully. "Hey Rosie, Ky, Em." James greeted as we walked towards the Great Hall. "Guys, ready to show up Lillian and her slutty gang?" Sirius asked with a devilish smile. "Yes." I answered, moving so I was in the front of our diamond. It went, myself and James in the front, then Kylie on my left, and Emma on my right. Behind Ky was Sirius, then behind Emma was Remus.

I opened the door to the Great Hall, and heads turned as we walked in. "I don't even see what you're all looking at." Lillian scoffed. I rolled my eyes, and smiled at a group of waving first years.

We sat down at the table and were having breakfast until I heard my name. "Miss Evans." I turned around to see Professor Dorris, the arithmancy teacher. "Yes Sir?" "You came from Beauxbatons, am I correct?" I nodded my head and wiped my mouth with a napkin. "You are." "Yes well, we've just had a student, a second year, come to Hogwarts and we were wondering if you could talk to her before going to Hogsmeade?" "Yes Of course, I'd love to." Then it hit me. I'd forgotten to write to Caroline. "I just have to write a letter first." He nodded. "Your friends may come if they would like." He added as he walked away. "Where am I going?" I called. "Oh right! Professor Dumbledore's office." "Thank you Sir."

My friends followed me as I walked as fast as possible in heels. As soon as I got to my dorm, I rummaged through my bag for a piece of parchment and a quill.

Hello Caroline! I'm so sorry for night writing sooner!, I've had a lot on my mind. Hogwarts is a nice school, and I've made a lot of friends that I'd love for you to meet!

Once I finished writing, I put it in my purse so I could post it at Hogsmeade, as instructed by Sirius, and we quickly walked to Dumbledore's office,

Sitting in the office, was Dumbledore, a couple in their mid thirties (I assume), and a little girl about twelve. "Hello Miss Evans." "Good morning Headmaster." I replied, sitting in the offered chair while the others stood back. "This is Lord Kelvin and Lady Alina Beaustrux, and their daughter Madelyn. She has decided to transfer to Hogwarts and she doesn't speak English, so the Beaustrux's want to have a deal with you. "Lord and Lady Beaustrux, This is Rosie Evans." "Nous vous paierons vingt gallons à l'heure si vous donnez un tutorat à notre fille en anglais pendant trois heures, trois fois par semaine." (Translations at the end) The tall man with dark hair spoke. "Tu n'as pas à me payer. Tout le monde devrait pouvoir apprendre la langue anglaise gratuitement." I replied, smiling at the young girl. "Nous insistons." The lady said kindly. "D'accord alors. Madelyn, comment se passent les lundis, mardis et mercredis? J'ai habituellement un tas de devoirs à faire un vendredi, et ce sont mes jours libres." She nodded happily. "Cela semble parfait, mais où allons-nous étudier?" "As-tu déjà été classé dans une maison, Madelyn?" "Oui. je suis un Hufflepuff." "D'accord alors. Nous nous rencontrerons dans la bibliothèque." "Merci Rosie!" "Vous êtes toujours la bienvenue, Madelyn."

We sorted a few things out, and then with one last good bye to Madelyn, we left and headed for the carriages.

Translations:

We will pay you twenty gallons an hour if you tutor our daughter in english for three hours, three times a week.
