Rosie's POV:

The next week was pretty chill. We laid around home, until we got bored.

It was August twenty ninth, and we were outside under a tree. "We should go explore London!" Sirius offered randomly. "That's actually not a bad idea." Remus commented. "Yes! It'll be so fun. We can go shopping, and go to the cinemas!" Em exclaimed excitedly. "Okay! Let's get dressed and meet down in the foyer at nine. We can floo to Diagon Alley and go out the Muggle way."

I raced upstairs, got dressed, did my hair, and put on some lipstick. No makeup today.

We met down in the foyer at the promised time, and we all took turns going into the fireplace. "Diagon Alley!"

Once we were out of the leaky cauldron, Luc looked around in wonder. "We should've invited Sev and Reg!" I whined as we began walking on the pathway. "Why don't you go to his place? Isn't Regulus staying with him?" Remus said as he held Sirius' hand. "Oh yeah! I have the address somewhere in my bag." I stopped and kneeled on the ground as I rummaged through my white backpack. "Got it!" I held up a piece of parchment with ink scribbled on it victoriously. "Seventeen Knight Crescent, London." "Oh! My grandma lives on that street!" Em said, jumping up and down. "Great, where is it?" "Um- I dunno." She replied shrugging. "Let's ask."

After nearly ten minutes of asking, a man said it was down the street and to the right. We followed his directions, and he was right. We looked for number seventeen, walking up and down the road. "Found it!" James called, pointing to one of the brick buildings with iron fencing. I opened the gate and walked down the path, admiring the pretty flowers. "Sev?" I asked as I knocked on the door. It was opened by Reg, who looked surprised to see us. "Um hi?" "Hey Reg. Where's Sev?" "In his potions room." "Great. Can we?" I asked, motioning to the door. "Sure." We all filed in and admired the place.

The walls were a beautiful white colour, and the floors were wooden. The door led into a moderately sized living room, with two white couches, a coffee table with a vase of blue flowers, a television, and sheer curtains framing two windows. "This is gorgeous." I said, looking around. "Where is he?" "Come." I followed Reg down a set of stairs, and we stopped at an iron door. "Safety precaution." He said, noticing my confused expression. "Oh." He knocked on the door and through the small glass window, I could see Sev over a cauldron. He looked up, put his things down, and opened the door. "Hey Rosie. What are you doing here?" He asked. "We're going on an adventure, and you're both coming!" He sighed. "The things I waste my time on." He muttered fondly as we went upstairs. "Get dressed, quick!"

Ten minutes later, we were all walking along the street in one big group. James and Lucius were holding hands while looking around, Ky was skipping merrily besides Em, who was chatting about anything and everything, Remus and Sirius were walking hand in hand, and Reg was walking besides me, while I was on Sev's back. "Let's go shopping!" I squealed when I saw a mall. "Yes!" Em agreed immediately. "I need some new shoes." Ky agreed.

We entered the mall, and let me tell you. We were there for three hours. By the time we were done, I was carrying a LOT of bags. "Let's was get coffee!"

We were walking to the coffee shop, and suddenly, I saw something that shocked me. It was Lily, but she didn't look like she did at school. She was wearing casual clothes, and looked more carefree then I'd seen her in years.

"Lily?" I asked. She tilted her head to the side. "Yeah. How did you- oh, I must've known you before the accident." "What accident?" "It was in the paper, Lily Collins, in a car crash." She laughed slightly and my eyes went wide. "Collins? Lily your last name is Evans." She stepped back. "I have to go." "Wait! Can I please talk to you alone?" "Why?" "I have to ask you something privately." "Sure I guess."

We went into a nearby bathroom and I pulled out my wand. "Um, what are you doing?" "Canterly, Geniform, Tantulus." I muttered, waving my wands in front of her. A strip of paper came out of my wand and I read it. "Obliviate- keyed to Bellatrix Lestrange, three years ago." "Come on Lils. We gotta get these blocks off you." I pulled her along and motioned for James to come over. "Tell everyone she's got spells on her. I'll go to Gringotts and get them off." "Okay. See you later." I nodded and looked at Lily. "This will all make sense soon, okay?" "I have ballet at-," "just come!"

Lily followed me obediently and when we got to the leaky cauldron, she looked around disgustedly. "Come." I entered the famous bank and addressed the head goblin. "My sister has been obliviated." "Come with me Miss." The goblin said. Lily clung to my arm as if her life depended on it, as we walked through the halls. "Alright Miss Evans. Please sit down on the table." The goblin said. I motioned for Lily to do so, and she shot me a terrified look as she sat on the stone table. "It's fine." I mouthed, trying my best to sooth her. The goblins did a strange ritual, and Lily fainted. They let me in and I immediately ran towards her. "Lils? You okay?"

Suddenly, her eyes opened, and I knew something. My Lily was back. "What- where am I?" She sat up, and we came face to face. "Rosie?" "Lily!" She tackled me in a hug. I gladly returned, tears leaking from my eyes. "What's going on? Why do you look older?" "I'll answer your questions later. We have to get somewhere safe."

"I'm home!" I screamed, barging into James' living room. Everyone was in there. Ky and Em were playing a hand game, Luc was soothing James, Sirius was speaking to Sev about something, Remus  was reading, and Reg was sleeping. James shot up with a sigh of relief. "Potter?" Lily asked confusedly. "You're okay!" "Why does everyone seemed so shocked? And why does everyone look so older as well." I bit my lip and ushered her onto a seat. "How do I begin?"

"You remember when we were kids, and I got five letters?" "Yeah, and I was completely jealous and upset." She nodded. "Why were you upset?" "We had always gone to the same schools, and I wanted to go to the same one as you, by you got the pick, and I didn't." I smiled sadly. "Continuing on, in your third year of Hogwarts, I think I was at Salem next-," "why did you change schools?" "Erm, I may or may not have gotten expelled?" I muttered with a slightly embarrassed look. "Rosalie Marie Evans! You got expelled?!" "Four times!" Sirius cut in. "FOUR TIMES?!" I stepped back and shot a glare at Sirius, who smiled cheekily. "Yes, anyway, in your third year, memory loss spells were placed on you, and you were put into a muggle family. "Lils, it's been three years. Three years of someone else portraying you, and honestly, they gave you a pretty bad reputation." Her face turned into one of horror. "How?" "Well, everyone thought you were such a bitch and you wore your skirt really high, and James rejected you-," "I don't even like him like that," "and yeah. Also you were a prefect and your badge was taken away and given to one of my besties Kylie." Said girl smiled. "Sorry." Lily nodded and took a deep breath. "What about my friends?" I frowned at that. "Actually, yeah, what about your friends? Does that mean they have blocks on them and are being portrayed by someone else?" "We'll have to check. But first, everyone sleep. We've got a long day ahead of us tomorrow." Lucius instructed, picking up an already asleep James. "Are they?" Lily whispered to me. "Yeah." "Awww." He smiled and left the room. Eventually, everyone departed, and I lead Lily up to my room. "Sleep with me my twin." Lily nodded. "Like when we were younger." "Like when we were younger." I agreed.

So Lily isn't really Lily! Tbh I just really wanted a plot twist, and for Lily to redeem herself. Plus, who do you think is portraying Lily right now (and no, it's not Bellatrix Lestrange). Comment your answers!
