"Dude." I cover my ear. "Lower your volume a bit, would ya?"
"Did you see the script? Brynn's your love interest!"
I jump up. "What??"
"Yeah, bro, you're lucky."
"Oh, shush," I shove him away and pull up the script on my phone. Sure enough, Brynn, aka Carrie, is Ace's love interest.

Plot: it's the end of the school year, and the students at Attaway are going their separate ways to their vacations. The relationships struggle as the kids meet new girls and guys. Except for the Chicken Girls. They're staying in Attaway, preparing for big dance competitions, but they're not always the happiest...Power Surge drama is surging, again. Meanwhile, Ace finds himself forced to do summer school, or be tutored by a new girl, Carrie, who is odd, but hot. After she shows her affections, he turns her away, only to regret it later. He enlists the help of his trusty friends to get her back.
"Wow," I note to Hayden, who's playing fortnite on his phone, as usual, "That's deep."
"What's deep?" He asks, without looking up.
"The new Chicken Girls plot. It's gonna be lit."
