ponyboy- your parents adore pony. ever since you brought him to meet them, they've been almost obsessed with him. your mom likes him the most though because he reminds her of your father when they first met.

sodapop- they didn't really put effort into meeting soda. when you told your parents he was a dropout your dad flipped out so you didn't take him around your parents, especially your dad.

darry- they loved him. they loved how much of a hard worker he was and they knew he was going to do a good job of taking care of you. they enjoyed seeing you happy with him.

johnny: they thought he was a cute shy kid that fitted in right next to their daughter. your dad was a little worried though because he said johnny was too soft.
