3rd's POV

'Assassinate? Like kill Kaya?' Aphrodite questioned "Well, yes. I'm pretty sure I also heard the word 'assassinate', Usopp." Aphrodite replied face focused on the exchange between the butler and the weirdo

"I didn't ask you to repeat that!" Usopp whisper shouted

The next moment his hand was kept shut by Aphrodite who signal her head to the conversation.

"Don't say assassinate, that sounds wicked, Jango." the butler scolded

"Oh right, an accident..it was an accident." the weirdo replied nervously

"Hey, do you think they'll eventually see us?'' Aphrodite asked the nervous Usopp who had fear and worry in his eyes

"Keep quite! That's what I want to find out." he whisper shouted to the girl making her look down again

"We can't just kill her. Kay-ojousama has to die from an accident." the butler said before turning around and walking away "Don't ever forget that!"

"Anyhow, we just wait for your signal to attack the village and then kill the ojousama, right? Then, you will take her inheritance." the weirdo concluded

The butler stopped walking and glanced back "Are you stupid? Can't you use your brain? How can an outsider take her inheritance?"

"Work hard for it." the weirdo guessed

"Working hard gets you jack squad? Listen, this is the most important part. Before we kill her, you'll have to hypnotize Kaya to write a will. In that will, she'll leave everything to the caretaker, Klahadore." the butler commanded

Usopp gasped. Aphrodite turned her head to him "Is this bad?" she asked him

"Of course it's bad! And be quiet!" Usopp scolded in a hushed tone

"It will be the first step of my plan to take over the huge inheritance. It's..perfect. I spent three whole years to win everyone's trust. So no one would be suspicious, even if she leaves all her inheritance to me." the butler explained darkly

"You became a caretaker for three years just for this." the weirdo said rising from his seated position "It really surprised me back then, Captain Kuro. Three years ago..you suddenly said that you quit being a pirate. You got one of your subordinates to be your scapegoat; in order to have the world think that Captain Kuro was executed. That marked the beginning of your plan. No wonder they call you; Kuro of trickery." the weirdo explained

"Don't call me by that name again." the butler snapped "I gave it up three years ago. I just want lots of money and not get chased by the government anymore. That makes me a peaceful citizen."

The weirdo laughed and stretch his hands out to the sky like the weirdo he is "I never thought you can be a peaceful citizen. So for the sake of your own peace, you killed the rich parent."

"Hey now, her father's death has nothing to do with me. It was unexpected." the butler corrected lifting his glasses up and down

"Nevermind, it's none of my business. Just hurry up and give the signal. Our boat has anchored nearby for almost a week already. My men are getting impatient." the weirdo complained

Usopp's heartbeat was heard "This is bad."

"That's what I've been trying to tell you. But it seems like there in trouble." Aphrodite replied looking down

"Are you kidding me?! WE just overheard something really bad." Usopp whisper shouted to the careless girl

"Yeah, like the fact that they could have cake." Aphrodite replied
