Hayley's POV
"Are you sure that you don't want me to call anyone for you?" she asks, as I eat a small breakfast.
"I was staying with someone," I say, "but I don't think that she wants me back. Either that or she isn't home."
"Can I at least try her cell phone?"
"If you must," I reply, giving her Demi's number.
She holds the phone up to her ear as it rings a few times.
"Hello?" I hear Demi's voice on the other end of the phone.
"Hi," my teacher says. "I have a Hayley staying with me and I was wondering if you would like to come and pick her up."
I hear a muffled voice from Demi's end of the call.
"Okay, I completely understand," my teacher says. "I'll tell her." Then she hangs up.
"What was it?" I ask.
"She's on a short tour," my teacher replies.
"Okay."
"She's coming straight away."
"I guess I should grab my stuff then," I say.
"She'll be here in about an hour."

Demi's POV
I huge feeling of relief washes over me when I receive a call from the lady that Hayley is staying with. I tell my manager that I'm done with my tour and book a flight that will get me to Palm Springs in the shortest time possible.
I can't wait to see her again.
