mummy x reader part 1 (Edited)

You allow yourself to rest, letting your head hit the pillow the flight attendant had given you moments before. Your bright e/c eyes looked towards the window, taking in the sights. Everything seems so small from so up high, you couldn't help smiling. Knowing that you'd be in Egypt soon, just made you happy for some reason. You look down towards your thumbs, twaddling them in boredom.

Stepping off the aircraft you take in your surroundings, you were finally at your destination. You start heading to the sight where most people had gathered. While looking at the tombs, you couldn't help but notice one of the tombs were empty. It seems to be one of a king, with how fancy it was. You decided to go ask someone who was working at the sights. Once you had asked, they'd simply answered with "It has been missing for quite a long time, i think its been...5 years perhaps?" you were a bit dissapointed, because that mummy was the only one they had actually displayed. Apparently its dangerous to display mummies out to the public?

You had gotten a bit tired from walking and looking, that you ended up straying from the group of tourists. You decided to rest on one of the pyramids, when suddenly, the wall you had been leaning on pushed inwards. You looked at the indentation in the wall, but nothing happened. It was just and indentation, nothing else. At least that what you thought until the floor caved below you.

You let out a horrified screech, it had been a few feet and you had still not hit the bottom. You passed out, purely out of fear.

When you awoke, you had a terrible pain in your leg. You let out a whimper, and looked up. You could see a tiny bit of light at the very top. How far had you fallen? You looked down to see you had fallen on some buttercup flowers. (Hahaha see what i did there? ^-^)(..... i hate you but yes) You look around  to see a room filled with gold statues and....rats . You see another tomb in front of your eyes, they widen. The, the mummy! I stumble my way over to the casket smirking, knowing that i found him. But, I can't help but wonder. How did he end up here? You look around to find any clues, but heard rustling inside the casket, which startled you. It was not the sound a rat would make, i gently pry the lid of the casket off. Only to be met with a hand grabbing my white colored shirt. I was met face to face with the mummy that had been missing. His eyes were faded icy blue that pierced my soul, his face drew closer and a raspy voice spoke up " who the hell are you" i felt my hands shake i couldn't help but to blink the mummy. A dead corpse! Was currently talking to me! My voice shook as i replied"Y-y/n". He looked up and down my body his eyes stopped at my leg that had been hurt, and smirked " Well looks like you fell for me princess". He says with a wink.

Is it bad that I'm blushing? Is your only thought at that moment. Because yes, you had in fact been a blushing mess. Who would expect a dead person to flirt with them. It's always the old people. You snort at your own thoughts, and he looks at you confused. You start giggling till that turns to laughter. "Hahahahaha!" "Oi, the hell are you laughing at...?" He says with a bit of a glare. You squeak, realizing your position. You had just laughed at someone, who probably couldn't die. And you're already hurt. 'Not very smart y/n.' You say to yourself with a facepalm. "Uh, do, you um. Know...how.....to.......get......out...?" Your voice getting quieter towards the end.

Btw guys, I'm BrokenPlasticPlates ^-^. I just wanted to say that me and cool wrote this together! And that's the reason it switches often between, i, and you. (And the only time you should mix those is when it's you and I ;).)  I like to write with third person, while cool likes first. So it can get confusing! Sorry!
