Chapter 3

Khushi and Payal reached the temple, they were going to the shop before entering inside it, as they had to buy things necessary for the Pooja. As they were moving Khushi noticed an old lady with a stick trying to climb up the stairs of the temple, she asked Payal to go, jiji aap jaaye hum abhi aate hain (Jiji you go,i'll come now ) before Payal could say anything, Khushi was already moving towards the old lady, seeing that Payal smiled and went towards the shop.

Khushi went near the old lady and said, namaste daadi, chaliye hum aapke maatat karte hain ( hello, grandma, come let me help you ) she smiled and started helping the old lady, the old lady nodded and smiled back too.

Just as Khushi was helping out the old lady to walk, the Raizada family reached the temple in Arnav 's white suv, all of them came out except Arnav, Anjali asked him to come out but he curtly refused giving her a glare.
Anjali sighed and said, ok chhote, we will go but wait for us okay ?? I want you right here when we come back warna,

Alright di I know what your warna means, so just go and be done with it fast, all the three ladies giggled with poor Akash to trial behind them making a sad and pouty face at Arnav.

Arnav smirked and mouthed, all the best.

They were going inside the temple when Nani and Anjali saw a slim, fair and beautiful girl helping out an old lady to walk on the stairs, both smiled looking at her. But that beautiful girl was not finished yet, after helping the old lady when she was coming down she saw another lady struggling to carry her bazaar basket, so she dashed down and started helping that lady again.
Seeing that scene both Nani and Anjali were so happy and smiling at each other, they both whispered are you thinking the same thing as I'm thinking ?? They both looked at each other and smiled nodding, agreeing to whatever the matter had come to their minds seeing that beautiful girl.

Mami took them out of their trance by saying, hello hi bye bye yehi pooja Karna ka pelanning karat ho kaa ?? (Hhbb, are you planning to do the Pooja here only) ??
Nani gave her a stern look and said, let's go.

Khushi came down and was with Payal, going to the temple again 😋 Khushi tu itna ithar uthar kyu bhaag rahi thi ?? Tumhe kuch ho jaata to ?? ( Khushi why were you running here and there ?? What if something happened to you ??)

Areee jiji mujhe kuch nahi hoga, jab tak Devi Maiyya hain Hume kuch nahi hoga ( aree jiji nothing will happen to me as long as DM is with me ) they both smiled while Payal commented a 'Pagal'.

Inside the temple, both Nani and Anjali were anxiously waiting for that girl to come, when they finally saw her they were both happy. They stood near Khushi and Payal as they wanted to know her name.

When they were done with the Pooja, Khushi and Payal were about to move out, when they saw an old lady getting unconscious, Khushi dashed quickly near the old lady and hold her before she fell on the floor, and made her sit on a chair outside the temple.Nani winked at Anjali, they're plan worked, Anjali hurriedly came towards them and shouted Nani, what happened  to you ?? She faked as if she was panicking, both Mami and Akash started panicking too, Khushi saw them and said don't worry she is fine.

Anjali quickly thanked her and said I don't know your name, to which Khushi replied hum Khushi hain and this is my jiji Payal.

Both Anjali and Nani thought so her name is Khushi, it fits her character perfectly, they both smiled and thanked her.

It's alright, it was my duty to do that smiled Khushi, Payal nudged Khushi to go, so she folded her hands and said we'll get going now.

The Raizadas nodded and thanked her again.

Arnav was getting impatient waiting for his family, when suddenly he felt a cold breeze came his way and he was mesmerized by the girl in front of him. He was spellbound by her beauty, her smile, her laugh.
He smiled looking at her.
