Arnav woke up startled hearing the loud booming voice of thunder. He got up and looked around the room but could not see Khushi anywhere.
Did I sleep away ?? And where is Khushi ??
He thought about what happened earlier, how he was so rude to her and all.
Dammit, my anger and my big mouth, Arnav someday it might be dangerous for you, especially on Khushi.
He immediately got up thinking about Khushi, where is she ?? She told me that she will come inside after sometime, but I slept off, moreover she's afraid of the dark and sound of thunder and lightning. Then he thought about her outside the pool.

Oh shit !! He quickly dashed towards the pool and opened the door, shouting her name.

Khushi !! Khushi !! Are you there ?? He was getting soaked in the rain but he didn't care about that, he just wanted his Khushi with him.

Khu...... He was about to call out her name again when he noticed a shivering form in the corner of the pool.

Shit !! He muttered and went towards the form.

He kneeled down and shook her, Khushi !!

But there was no response from her side.

He got panicked and shook her more, Khushi please wake up, don't do this to me, please Khushi. He started panicking, he shook her again.

She finally looked up with tears on her eyes.

He could still make out her tear stains on her cheeks even though it was raining heavily.

Ar.....Arn.... Arnavji, you know that I'm scared of the dark and the sound of thunder and lightning, so why didn't you come to take me ?? She asked crying and stuttering as she was all wet due to the rain.

Shhhhhh, stop talking Khushi, I know I was late, I'm so....sorry Khushi. Come let's go inside now, you'll get sick at this rate. He moved towards her.

But who was she kidding with right ?? He scooped her up in his arms and was walking towards their room.

Khushi we both know that you're only going to waste your energy struggling, and I'm not going to loose my grip on you anytime, so stop it. He simply stated.

Khushi knew what he said was right, so she just muttered Laad governor and let him carry her inside the room.

Arnav just smiled seeing her stop struggling and carried her inside the room. He kept her on the recliner and came back with a towel to wipe her but he was stopped by her.

I can do that myself, you don't need to show any concern towards me, she spat out.

Arnav knew how hurt she was, because he had called her a selfish person, but only he knew how selfless of a person she was. Damn you and your big mouth Raizada, he started cursing himself.

Now don't just stand there, you're also wet so go and wipe yourself and change your clothes, or else you'll be sick with a cold, she replied.

Arnav was surprised because even though he was so rude to her, she was only thinking about his health.
