The incorporation of Vacuo part 1

For a while the government of Vacuo has been teetering on the edge. If they fall one way then the monarchists come to power and Vacuo would be annexed by The empire of Vale, but if it tipped the other way then the country would fall into anarchy.
Various members of the Vacuo government are in a meeting.

Halifax: If the government doesn't do something soon then the country will functionality cease to exist.

Linden: But what the hell can we do? We don't want Vale running the show!

Albert: Speak for yourself, it is either that or the country will dissolve and warlords will take control!

Gustav: I have to agree with Albert on this one.

Linden: TRATOR!

Gustav: No, you are the traitor! I just know that it is best for us to be unified than in a civil war!

Halifax: If we back the monarchists against the anarchists then we might just live to see another year.
All in favor of backing the monarchists?

Gustav: Yea.

Halifax: Yea.
All opposed?

Gustav: We should contact Vale and tell them that we wish to join.

Back in Vale we get a shot of Sean talking to a therapist.

Therapist: As a kid where you ever bullied?

Sean: A few times, it stopped towards the end of middle school.

Therapist: Why do you think you were bullied?

Sean: Simple, they were jealous of me.

Therapist: Then why did it stop towards the end of middle school?

Sean: That was when my father came to power, they were too afraid.

Therapist: Did it pick up at the beginning of high school?

Sean: It did but I quickly put a stop to it.

Flashback

Aden: Waddaya think you're doing here punk. Your just some loser.

Michael: Yeah you aren't cool enough to hang with us.

Crystal : Or wealthy enough.

Sean: What do you mean by that?

Aden: Our parents all got lucky with the rewards given by the current government.

Sean: Oh what a coincidence, same here.

Aden shoves Sean and grabbed him by the collar.

Crystal: Just out of curiosity, who is your father?

Sean: The glorious and venerable emperor YN.

Aden is terrified because he knows that the punishment for assaulting a member of the royal family is death.

Aden: Look man, we didn't know.

Crystal: Yeah we didn't mean anything by it.

Aden: What about me?

Sean: Oh you'll just be shot.

Aden: You can't do this.

Sean: Not at all, the commissars should be here within fifteen minutes.

End of flashback

Therapist: So how did that make you feel?

Sean: I didn't really feel anything about that.

Suddenly Sean gets a call on his scroll, it is from YN.

YN: Sean get down to the airport , we have a situation in Vacuo and we are heading out now.

Sean: Alright, just let me grab a coffee on the way.

YN: Ok just get here soon.

Time skip to the airport

YN, Weiss, Emily and Sean are boarding their plane along with Emily's personal honor guard.

Emily's honor guard

Sean: How come I can't bring my guard units?

YN: Emily's guardsmen don't have a lot of experience so this is a good field test for them.

Emily: Besides they wanted to get out of the heat of Menagerie.

The plane takes off and they fly towards Vacuo.
