I woke up with a major hangover, I turn to my right and I saw a glass of water with an Advil.
I take the Advil with water and get out of bed, I look around to see many trophies on a shelf and medals hanging on a wall.
I walk into the attached bathroom and I wash my face, since I didn't have a toothbrush I decided to ask Nolan if he had one.
I walked out of the room and I headed down the stairs to see Nolan sitting on a couch in the living room, I walk up to him and tap him on the shoulder
He turn around and smiles at me before getting of the couch, "you good?" He asks
"Yeah I'm fine, but I was wondering if you had a spare toothbrush that I could use?" I ask
"Oh yeah, follow me" He says before heading back up to his room and into his bathroom, he opens a cabinet under the sink and hands me a new toothbrush.
"Thanks" I say while smiling at him, he smiles while nodding his head before heading out of the bathroom.
I brush my teeth and head out of the bathroom once again, I walk down the stairs to see Nolan in the kitchen making pancakes, he puts some on a plate for me and I thank him, he then puts some pancakes on a plate for himself.
We sit in the dining table and eat the pancakes in peaceful silence
"So we're going to the beach today right?" Nolan asks
"Yeah, unless you don't want to..." I say
"I want to, I've not been to the beach in a long time"he says while chuckling
I then remember that I need to see Sam also, I have been going to see him every time I get
"Nolan? Can we head to the hospital after we go to the beach?" I question
"Okay?" He asked a little bit confused
I thank him then I get up to put my plate in the sink.
"I'll drop you off at your house and i'll pick you up at 2, okay?" Nolan asks
"Yeah, okay" I reply
He head out of his house and I follow behind him, we reach his car and he opens the passenger door for me and I get in, he then walks to the drivers side and gets in.
we start driving and every few minutes I felt Nolan looking at me from the corner of my eye.
I could feel that he wanted to tell me something but he was holding it back
"Are you okay? you look a little bit nervous?" I ask after a few minutes of silence.
"uh-I just am a little bit confused on why you wanted to go to the Hospital" he asks with concern laced in his voice
"oh uh-Its cause I have a friend that's in the hospital right now" I briefly say, I didn't want to go in depth on the topic of Sam in the hospital because he has stage 4 cancer.
"oh okay" he simply says

Nolan dropped me off at my door step and went back to his house, he told me he'll pick me up at 2.
it was 12:45 right now so I decided to have a quick shower before I wore my black lace up swim suit with high waisted shorts.
