Brice's POV

"Yeah, but he goes missing a lot, Brice. Sorcerer stuff, I guess," Mitch says, resting his chin on his hands and waiting for my response.

I sigh. "But he's never gone this long!"

"'This long' is only a month," Sky puts in, sitting next to me at the kitchen table. "He'll be back soon, I'm sure."

"But what if he's not?" I ask, laying my head down on the table. "What if he got hurt while doing some of his sorcerer stuff, or got lost somewhere, or-"

"I think you're suffering from Seto withdrawal," Jerome jokes as he joins our conversation.

I feel my face heating up, probably turning bright red. "A-Am not!" I argue. "I just, he's my friend, and I'm worried about him!"

Mitch leans forward from where he sits on the other side of the table, looking me in the eye. "Go find him, then."

I jump out of my chair, causing it to topple over and hit the ground with a loud bang sound. I don't bother to pick it up though. "BYE GUYS!" I shout, running out the door. I can hear Jerome and Mitch laughing at my eagerness while Sky cheers me on.

"WOOHOO! YOU GO, BRICE, FIND YOUR MAN!" he shouts, which causes me to blush and hesitate before going any farther.

Eh. Seto's more important.

I sprint through the forest outside of Sky's house. Come on, I know Seto's house is somewhere in this direction... YES! There it is!

It's an extremely tall, thin tower made of stone bricks. There are small windows all over it, like, literally all over it, but I can't find the door. Honestly, I don't think I've ever found the door to this tower without Seto's help. It's really well hidden, and no matter how many times he tells me all the little hints to look for to find the doorknob, I just can't find it.

Still, I have to try. I walk slowly around the tower, studying every piece of stone. Uh... They all look the same to me...

Come on, Brice. Compare this to art or something. Like, detail, and … and shading, and...

I'm just gonna run around the tower while shoving all the blocks, I don't think there's really any way to compare this to art without sounding like an idiot.

Finally I shove on the right block, and a door swings open. Geez, Seto, could you not just make a sign or something saying "Entrance is right here"? That would make life a lot easier, I'm sure.
