"Let's watch The NeverEnding Story," Noah said plopping down on his bed.

I climbed onto his bed, comfortably sitting crossed legged, "bold of you to think that I want to watch Atreyu's horse traumatically die again."

He smirked, "his horse had a name, it was Artax"

"Right, because I must've forgotten it after Atreyu cried and screamed his name upsettingly while watching Artax drown in a swamp" my statement was drenched in sarcasm.

He rolled over to get a better look at me, resting his chin on his hands, "c'mon, there's a luck dragon, a nightmare fueled wolf, a grand adventure, the end of a world..." he pouted, begging dramatically.

I rolled my eyes smiling, "you're like secretly 5 years old, aren't you"

He laughed, raising his eyebrows still waiting for my real answer.

I sighed, "fine! But if I cry during that scene, it's your fault" I smirked.

He grinned victoriously, hopping off his bed to grab his laptop.

Shaking my head smiling, I reached over to the night table and grabbed my phone.

Fuck.

I missed a bunch of texts from Isa.
