Cyrus' P.O.V
People can be complete jackasses. Making up rumors, bringing someone's spirit down, and much more I can name but won't.

It just doesn't make sense. Like why do people bully others? The pieces are quite fitting correctly....

I closed my eyes and took deep breaths. If life has taught me anything, it's "There's always a reason to live". Kind of stupid come to think about it.

"Cyrus!" TJ called from outside. I opened my window.
"I'll be down in a second!" I replied.

I quickly put on shoes and ran downstairs; opened the door and saw TJ standing there. I looked at him confused.

"Is everything ok?" I asked.
"Yeah." TJ answered.
"Are you sure?" I asked. "You have like one of those horrified faces today."
"Pffft no I don- ok yes I do." TJ answered.
"What's wrong?"
"Someone's been threatening me."
"What?"
"They told me if we didn't break up, they'd kill you..." TJ told me.

My eyes widened; I stood still shocked. Is he gonna go through with this? I really hope he doesn't.... I can defend myself.

"What are you going to do?" I asked starting to nervous.
"I don't wanna break up but I don't want you to die..." TJ answered.

I sighed sadly. I looked down as tears started to fill me eyes. TJ lifted my head back up. All I wanted to do was be with TJ forever.... Guess it isn't gonna happened.

"TJ.... We should break up...." I said.
"Cyrus-"
"I know it's a tough decision. My life or our relationship... I made the decision because I don't wanna die because I still want to see your face." I cut him off.

I opened my eyes back up with tears streaming down my face. That wouldn't happen would it? The scenario.... it's a possibility.

"Cyrus!" TJ's voice called out from outside. I opened the window.
"I'll be down in a second." I replied.

I rethought of the scenario I thought of. We said the exact same thing we did.... Uh-Oh.

I put on shoes and ran downstairs to open the door. I closed my eyes and took deep breaths. Re-opening my eyes, I saw TJ standing there with a smile.

"How's my amazing Muffin?" TJ asked.
"Nervous." I answered.
"Nervous?" He replied confused.
"Yeah. I had a dream that we broke up." I told him.
"That would never happen." TJ said.
"It would if someone threatened my life."

TJ looked at me confused. I didn't even know if he was gonna leave or not. I was really hoping he wasn't.

"Cyrus, if someone threatened me to break up with you or they kill you, it would by neither because we would find the person and literally attack them." He told me.

I didn't find my words. Instead my eyes started to water. My actions spoke quicker than words because right then and there I hugged him tightly.

The only reason why I let go is because I heard people coming our way. Didn't seem like nice people to be exact...

"Cyrus lets go in." TJ said immediately.
"Right." I replied.

We both ran into my house and quickly locked the door. The people who walked by were protesting. Holding up signs with LGBTQ+ flags with a circle then a slash mark in it. I even heard one scream "MALE AND FEMALE NOT MALE AND MALE OR FEMALE AND FEMALE!" Struck me a bit.

"Don't react Cyrus..." TJ told me.

I never responded. This protest of getting rid of Gays is starting to remind me of that one Supergirl episode where the aliens and humans protested... It was the weirdest and saddest episode in season 4 so far.... still sucks but let's not get into that.

"Doesn't this remind you of shows?" I asked TJ.
"A little bit..." He answered.
"It never actually ends well..." I said.
"That's true." TJ replied.
"Kirito- I MEAN TJ!" I said.
"Did you just call me Kirito?" He asked.
"Pffft! No!" I lied.
"Whatever ya dork." He laughed.

I blushed in embarrassment. Why did I call him Kirito though? That shouldn't be important right now.

"These people.... It's not right." TJ said about to open the door.
"TJ dont!" I told him.
"Why not?" He asked.
"R-Reasons!" I answered.
"Cyrus-"
"It reminds me of when aliens 'protested' against the humans.... They fought..." I cut him off.

TJ stayed silent. All I could think about was TJ walking out of that door. Which I'm opening he doesn't. My phone buzzed in my pocket. I checked it and we'll let's say it wasn't really what I would expect.

Come over but watch out, there are some protesters outside.
Jonah
Okay. I'll be there in a few minutes.

I locked my phone and quickly sighed. Not prepared to hear what Jonah has to say...

"Who was that?" TJ asked.
"Jonah." I answered.
"Oh." He replied.
"It's nothing bad... I think."
"Is he ok?" TJ asked.
"He said not really... So I told him to come over." I answered.
"Ok."

We were still looking outside and watched the protest pass. Every second I watched, my heart dropped. Then, Jonah showed up. Looking like he was about to start crying. I opened the door as Jonah ran in and hugged me.

"Wow uh.... Is everything ok?" I asked.
"Cyrus... Help please." Jonah answered.
"With?" I asked.
"Relationship tips.... maybe a pep talk about life."

I looked at TJ. I could tell he wasn't jealous. The only reason why is because, I can tell when he gets jealous. For example, his face. Whenever I have a guy friend over and TJ doesn't know them personally, his face changes, but I don't have much friends that are guys so it doesn't happen often.

"You need to tell me what happened first." I said.
"Right sorry." Jonah replied.

"After Valentine's Day, Daniel started to act weird and crap. So I talked to him and he was fine after. Then, things started going downhill last night... He was texting me and saying goodbye... I knew what he was thinking about doing so, I ran over to his house but I was too late." Jonah explained.

SURPRISE! CLIFF HANGER!!! Sorry lol I just really wanted to do another cliff hanger lol! Anyways hope you enjoyed the chapter. I'll get to another one as soon as possible. BYE
