~Chapter 21: Careful~

"Canada?"

Canada smiled and nodded yes. America hugged him again and cried he remember his brother but ever so vividly. Russia kinda felt awkward being there but he looked over at Ukraine which she had a wide grin.

"Glad you remember your brother" Ukraine said as Russia thought of course he'll remember his own brother, Russia felt kinda jealous and bitter but it will take time.

Yes time.

The time were it's dark in a graveyard were an older wiser man visits the grave trying to piece it together, like it felt so real? Did the older man really wasted his life over something he thought existed but turn out he was trying to escape the truth. That he was so blind he missed the good things in life cause it felt like the only good thing in his life that made him feel so alive was gone?

Russia deep thinking was cut off by Ukraine voice. "You ok Russia?" Ukraine said with a concerned voice. "Yeah,  just thinking... Um.... You guys stay here..... I'll try to talk to our father" Russia said sprinting out and ran to his father's office. Russia walked over to his father and grab a bottle of pain killers that were on his father's desk and a bottle of water under his desk.

He put them down as he saw his dad lift his head, he had bags underneath his eyes and looked like a mess. "Папа. We need to talk" Russia said. "Ah, yes we hadn't talk for awhile... You been avoiding me of the looks of it." USSR said as Russia looked down biting his lip fighting to tell or not to tell his dad.

"America is back.... And alive.... " Russia said as USSR scrunch his face and sigh. "You really have to tell me so early? Is it some type of sick joke?  Russia please tell me it is... " USSR said. "No father.... I can show you now. He doesn't remember us only Canada. Seemed he had a flashback or something." Russia said. USSR looked at him dumbfounded.

"Remember random side effects?" USSR said looking at Russia in the eyes. "Why yes" Russia said nervously Swallowing. "That's one of them... It seems he gets flashbacks when he recognised something like if he saw the bandage on Canada's shoulder or an old place he use to go to as a child. Stuff like that" USSR said.

Russia groan "is there anything I can do for him?" USSR chuckled and his face when emotionless. "No. Just gotta walk down old memory lane" USSR said. Russia shivered at the thought.

"You can hide some stuff but not all cause not everything can be covered up,  Russia" USSR said as Russia walked out the door. He walked to bump into a smaller figure.

"Wow are we really just going to meet like this everytime?" Russia said as he saw Belarus. "I guess so... Can I go to Canada's room I have a new board game I want to show him" Belarus said as her face lighted up. "Yes... I guess so... Just be nice to the new guest in the room" Russia said. "Since when did we have a new guest" Belarus said.

"Since now.. Try not to bother him that much he needs his space." Russia said. "Ok... Can't say I promise you I wouldn't" Belarus said as she hopped up the stairs cheerfully.

They played board games,  while Russia was thinking where he should take him.... Maybe for a walk and I can try to make him remember the good times between us. Yes that's a plan.
