40. Muskeeters

Annika was watching her favorite Kaho na pyar hai for the nth time when OmRu sneaked into her room with 'chowpatty pav bhajji'. Annika was craving for the pav bhajji but the dietician husband Shivaay didnt pay any heed to her not only that even warned OmRu. But OmRu being the bhabhi's pets didn't care about their brother,now their sole concentration was on their bhabhi and their new member.

"Pav Bhajjiii" Annika squeeled in delight

Om closed the door while Rudy walked towards the bed with the mouth watering Pav Bhajji.

OmRu settled on either side of Annika . Annika took the Pav bhajji from Rudy and smelled it

"Oh bete ki,it smell delicious"

"Haan bhabhi ,it is" Rudy said while licking his lips

"Bhabi eat it fast otherwise Shivaay will eat us alive"said Om

"O , pav bhajji should be relished slowly. Bhabhi you take your time and eat" said Rudy while Om nodded his head in negative

"I still dont understad why Shivaay bhaiyya doesnt allow bhabhi to eat pav bhajji"

"He says,its not healthy and gave a lecture on unhealthy diet" Annika said with a pout while savouring her pav bhajji and she also gave a morcel to OmRu

"Bhabhi you had check up today right? What did the doctor say?? Is everything okay? "asked Om with concern

Annika motioned them to wait because her mouth was stuffed with pav bhajji. Rudy gave Annika some water to drink. She got up and took a file from the cupboard

"Here have a look"

OmRu looked at each other in confusion,took the file from her hand

"Ye kya hai bhabhi"Rudy asked while taking a piece of pav bhajji from the plate

"Khud dekhlo"

"Black and white picture?? Kiska hai?" Rudy asked which resulted in getting a slap from Om behind his back. Rudy looked baffled

"It's sonography duffer"

"Oh you mean X-Ray"

Both Annika and Om facepalmed

"Are you acting like a duffer or are you really one??"

"This is baby's sonography"said Annika

Both OmRu looked keenly at the sonography with an unknown smile on their face

"That's the baby"Annika pointed  at a figure

Rudy took it from Om's hand and brought near the eye

"Baby looks exactly like bhabhi"

"The picture is not even clear,how do you know that?" asked Om

"Because am the chachu" Rudy said with a proud filled tone

Rudy took his phone and captured the picture of sonography

"Why are you taking the picture of that?" asked Annika

"Just like that"he winked and answered

Om took the file and kept it back in the cupboard. By then Annika too finished eating the Pav Bhajji

"Thank you OmRu , I dont know what would I have done without you both"

"Bhabhi,this is our right as your devar and our baby's chachu,so no thank you"whined Rudy

Just then the room's door burst opened. Shivaay was standing there with tray full of salad and juice. AnniOmRu's mouth went wide open

"How many times should I say Annika these things are not healthy and you both I already told you dont serve her these unhygeinic foods"

"Shivaay calm down,its just a pav bhajji. Everyone eats it. Pav bhajji once in a while cause no harm and its our duty to fulfill our bhabhi's wish. "

"Now baggadbilla,dont shout at them. I insisted them to bring the pav bhajji"

OmRu giggled while Shivaay threw daggers at them

"Ok,we are leaving. Bhabhi you handle your baggadbilla" said Rudy

OmRu left and Shivaay turned towards Annika. Annika gave her most inncoent smile to him

"Now dont give me that smile"  Shivaay said while Annika pouted

Shivaay sighed and went to sit near her.

"Annika am really concerned about your health. "

Annika cupped his face

"Shivaay I know you are really concerned about our health but you are very much akdu sometimes" She poked his nose

"Fine,Now since you have already eaten the pav bhajji , I think you dont need this" he said showing the pav bhajji which was kept hidden under salad

"Pav bhajji" Annika screamed and hugged him,she took a morcel and ate it

"This is not the usual pav bhajji. You made it?"

Shivaay nodded his head

" I thought to surprise you but OmRu already gave you that unhygienic pav bhajji, This pav bhajji is straight from Shivaay Singh Oberoi's kitchen and completely healthy" Shivaay said proudly

"Aww my billujii"she said while pulling his cheeks "This is why I love you bahuth"

"I love you too" said Shivaay while giving a morcel to her

Hey, Sorry for the wait. I guess my updates will be late from now on,but I will try to give you the chapters ASAP . I hope you wont mind about the short chapters.
