43. Moment of Happiness

It's another appointment day of Annika. She has taken a temporary leave from her office. She manages everything from home eventhough Gauri and Saumya attends the office. Both of them make sure that she doesn't take much stress because of work.

Shivaay has gone to office and Annika was getting ready for her appointment. She looked at the mirror and caressed her now bulging belly and soon a smile appeared on her face. She never thought she will witness this moment,heck,she never thought she will get married to The Shivaay Singh Oberoi. They started off on a wrong note but destiny had other plans. Her thoughts went back to their first meet. Shivaay entered the room breaking her thoughts.

"What are my babies doing?" he asked pecking her forehead

"Nothing,just some memories"

"Oh, I hope it's about me" he said winking

"No way"

"Accha "he leaned onto her for a kiss before anything could happen Annika shrieked

"Shivaay...."

"Kya hua Annika"

"Shivaay...baby kicked"

"Huh?" he was ecstatic "mujhe bhi dikhao"

Annika placed his hand on her belly and they both waited keenly for their baby's kick and again baby kicked

"Oh ... yes...Oh my God....Annika did you feel...our baby kicked" he was excited and his expression was pricless whereas Annika's eyes welled up and she too nodded her head. Shivaay leaned onto her belly

"Come soon ,we can't wait to meet you"he said while kissing her belly.

Annika caressed his hair,he looked up to see his wife looking at him lovingly with unshed tears. He wiped her tears and kissed her forehead

"Now stop telling me these are tears of happiness. You know right how much I hate tears in your eyes even if it's tears of happiness"She smiled and nodded

"Ready to go?"

"Yup,one minute"

She went to take her files from the cupboard and sat on the bed to wear her shoes. Before she could do anything Shivaay proceeded to hold her leg.

"Shivaay what are you doing?"

"Obviously helping you to put your shoes"

"Isski koi zarurat nahi hai Shivaay. I can do it myself"

"I know that,you an definitely do it yourself. But I love doing things for you even my chotu baby like it"

Annika just smiled at her Stubborn Singh Oberoi. He put her the shoes and made her get up

"Now ready to go?"

"Definitely"

Hey, Hope you all are doing good. First of all A BIG THANK YOU, This book was ranked 1st and 2nd position on Shivika

My schedule is a bit tight these days. I never thought I will publish something today,somehow got time to write down.

I have a good news and a bad news. This book is gonna end soon and am going to start a fresh story, obviously on Shivika. But I can only start it on December or Jan.
