42.Changes

A few more weeks passed, The more days passed by , the more weird Annika became. In the initial stage her hormones where not these much weird. Now she craved for weird food , became emotional without any reason and today she is crying for god knows what. OmRu, Gauri and Saumya are trying there best to calm their babhi down.

"Bhabi , just tell us what happened?" Saumya asked

"Nothing" said Annika but her tears didn't stop

"Should we call Shivaay?"

"No,don't call him"she sniffed and said

"Jeeji,look at this,your current favourite lasagna. I made it"

"Am not hungry" her answers where in monosyllable

All of them were utterly confused and didn't know what to do. Meanwhile Shivaay came back and was taken back seeing his siblings around Annika.

"Guys what happened?"

Seeing Shivaay Rudy stormed towards him and questioned

"Tell me the truth bhaiyya ,what did you do to make my bhabhi upset?"

"Huh? What are you talking about Rudy?"

Even Om joined them while the girls were still trying to pacify Annika

"Shivaay, bhabhi is in a really bad mood and not saying anything. Did anything happen between you both?"

"No Om,we were good until today morning. You guys leave I will take care of it"

All four of them went leaving moody Annika and confused Shivaay behind.

Shivaay went and sat near her and Annika turned away from him

"Annika what happened?"

On hearing this her sobs became a bit louder which made him panic. He went and sat on his knees holding her face

"Annika what happened? Is it paining anywhere?Should I call the doctor?"

She didn't answer to any, instead continued sobbing

"Annika please tell me something"

"You don't love me anymore Shivaay" Shivaay was puzzled hearing this

"Huh? What are you talking about Annika and what made you think that I don't love you anymore?"

"I know,you don't love me anymore"

Shivaay took a deep breath and held her face "Annika,listen. I .love. you" he said stressing those three words

"No,you don't. I am fat now,Soon you will get a new girl who is more beautiful,who is slim and you will love her"

"Annika"he shouted irritated

"Now listen to me carefully. I love you ,never say something like that and I will never ever stop loving you even if you are fat , slim or when you become a grandma. " she giggled "But yes I will soon say I love you to some one else" hearing this her eyes welled up once again, Shivaay gently wiped her tears "And that someone else will be our daughter,our mini khidkithod Annika" he said caressing her cheeks which instantly brought a smile on her face

"Sorry"she said wiping away her tears

"Hmm,you should be and now tell me from where did you get these stupid thoughts,huh?"

"Wo...."

"Wo kya?"

"Wo , chathur chanchal chaachi said"

"WhAat??" Shivaay stood up shocked

"Seriously??That chat show lady?? I am seriously gonna sue that channel and show. You doubted on me because of that stupid show host chachi. Unbelievable Annika. " He said holding her haid "By the way what did she say?"

"She said after you get pregnant you will become fat and your husband will lose interset in you and..." Shivaay didn't let her complete the rest

"Stop right there"

Shivaay sighed "Annika , you are not fat. You are carrying our baby and you are the most beautiful woman in the world" he leaned to her now a little bulging belly "Sorry kiddo your momma will always be my most beautiful woman and obviously next will be you" he got up held Annika's face "Now listen to me" Shivaay said sternly "stop watching these stupid shows,I dont want my baby to watch these idiotic chachi's sows. Watch cartoons,light hearted movies,okay??"

She nodded her head

"okay"

She hugged him and he too hugged her back

"Shivaay??"

"Hmm?"

"Are you angry with me"

"No. But Yeah I was a bit disappointed but I know its not easy for you,for us. There are changes in your body and hormones. I can totally understand Annika. And I know this journey is not some bed of roses but whatever it may I am always here for you and our children" he said kissing the top of her head

She smiled and leaned more to him savouring the moment
