'Wheyyyyy, look at you' I came into Kim's room 'you look good'

'Awh thank you' she smiled, looking at the mirror realising I wasn't dressed 'Girl hurry up- why aren't you dressed as yet!'

'Kim, I'm not going' I simply said

'What do you mean, why?' She was confused

'Parties aren't really for me, plus he disrespected Kayla and I couldn't go and have fun while she was out doing nothing' I explained to her

'Who disrespected Kayla?' She asked

'Nick' I said 'I must've asked him if I could invite Kayla, than he tried to come up with some lame excuse because of her weight'

'That's not cool man' Kim agreed with me 'like we are nearly adults and big 18 year old men- boys even, want to be making fun of someone because of their weight'

'Exactly' I agreed with her 'then he wants to be passing me notes saying I'm sorry and I can bring Kayla around......for what? For people to make her feel uncomfortable?, Nah I ain't like that sis'

'Rah I feel mad for you' Kim expressed 'fuck this, I'm not going to his lame ass party!'

'Wait no, Kim you don't have to stop having your fun because of somebody else's actions' I told her

But isn't that what I'm doing?.....

'Nah, I don't wanna leave you here by yourself, plus we gotta a lot of catch up to be doing' she starting taking of her jewellery

'So how long have you and Dylan been with each other?' I asked as we were sat on the floor, fattening ourselves with food

'Last year we started dating, so I'll say a year' she said

'I thought you guys were together longer than that' I thought 'y'all get on so well and he treats you right too'

'Well we can just say I'm very lucky' she smiled before putting some chips in her mouth 'so besides the whole Kayla incident with and Nick, I kind of heard from Dylan that Nick is really feeling you'

'That's so funny' I wasn't that in shock 'he told me today'

'Wait.....what!' Kim was shocked 'Where did he tell you this?'

'I must've been at school late getting my books from locker and he just happened to be there. It was five thirty and I really wanted to get home so he thought I was being bitchy and that's when he confessed how he's trying to make things work between us because he really likes me' I laughed

'What did you say back to him?' Kim wanted more tea

'I couldn't say anything, DeVante's cock block ass had to interrupt' I rolled my eyes, just by saying his name

'What did he say?' Kim asked

'He must've been dapping up Nick, and you know that's probably his homeboy and I was cool with that' I explained 'then he thought it was alright for him to try and create conversation with me, like we didn't have an argument the day before and tried to start some fuck off shit again today'

'Ohhh.....that's what Ashley was telling me about' I cocked my eyebrow at Kim muttering under her breath

'What was Ashley telling you?' I asked

'She was telling me how you were trying to chase after DeVante to get him back which I couldn't believe because you don't look like the type of girl to do that' she told me

But wait.......Ashley really took the time to go and lie to Kim.....WOW! She is really threatened by me.

'She really thought that?' A confused smile appeared on my face 'half of the time she wasn't even there to see what was going on'

'What happened between you and DeVante on that day though?' She asked putting a strawberry lace in her mouth

'I must've been talking to K-Ci asking if he saw Dalvin as I was in a rush, I heard K-Ci shout something out, telling me to slow down but obviously I was too late and bumped into DeVante' I was telling her the story 'I have to admit, if I reacted differently to the situation, the argument could've been prevented.'

'He said I was waltzing through the hallway like a road runner and I obviously got offended and retaliated back' I said 'he must've thought he was gangsta if he thought hurting me was really going to scare me. He must've got butt hurt when I compared his ears to satellite dishes, reasons why he threatened me'

'No!' Kim busted out laughing 'you thought that too, he reminded me of dumbo'

'His ears are big enough to flap is ass away' we both carried on laughing out loud
