The car sped through the road like a bolt of lightning. It turned the corner, nearly tipping over in the process. Overtaking the neighbouring cars dangerously, it swerved sideways in order to escape.
"Ahaha! Finally, I've got my hands on the Sceptre of the cross! So long, whimsicals!" The driver shrilled blasphemously, holding his middle finger out of the window.
Up ahead laid long line of traffic. Worried the cops might catch up to him, he could only curse and yell. This didn't last for long; by then, he had escaped from the claws of the Scotland Yard. He let out a triumphant laugh as he smoothly drove across the highway in thought of fleeing the country. Stealing from royalty suddenly wasn't so cumbersome. He tumultuously celebrated his assumed victory, driving through the highway past everything.
"Hahaha, those idiots can't even protect suc- What the f**k?"
A car of striking crimson appeared out of nowhere in his rear view mirror. No doubt it was following him, and getting closer by the minute. It accelerated an insane amount at the blink of an eye, hinting it was a car chase forsooth.
He noticed a woman in tinted sunglasses for a driver to his astonishment, peculiarly mellow to be involved in a car chase. Assuming he was mistaken, he continued to drive at his pace. Getting paranoid was not an option after coming so far. He knew he'd get away this time.
But not for long.
