North Dakota headed for the location sent by the states who had his sister- the location they wanted him to pledge loyalty at.
He felt anger coursing through his veins. How dare they turn on the others. How dare they turn on him!
He let anger be his guide. North Dakota just... Subconsciously made his way to what may be his doom. Ultimately, though, he just wanted to save his sister.
On his way there, North Dakota smelled something nasty. Something rotting. Something.... Dead. He followed the smell, wondering how big of a deer caused this smell. He felt that maybe he needed an outside firce to help distract him from his fears.
Wait.... What was he doing? South Dakota needs him! She's literally going to die, and he's... Checking on an animal. On a corpse, at that.
