I turned to Hermione and Ron, "We found out what the snitch was all about," I sniffled. "The one Dumbledore have him."

"What was in it?"

"This," I pulled the stone from my pocket.

"The resurrection stone?" Hermione went to grab it, but it slipped it back into my pocket.

"Yeah," I nodded. "Decided to keep it for after the war. So people can...say their goodbyes."

"That's brilliant, Bridge," Ron smiled.

I took a deep breath. It felt strange not having Harry with us. I squeezed Draco's hand. It made me feel better knowing he was there. I looked next to Draco; Neville was there. People were starting to arrive from behind us. I wasn't alone.

Talking and laughing pointed my attention to across the courtyard. A group in all black was walking towards us. I pulled Draco behind me, still holding his hand.

I held my head up high for Harry as they came closer.

I heard Ginny speak from behind me, "Bridge, where's Harry?"

I looked to the poor girl. She was sad. Her eyes were puffy from crying. I looked back to the group. I heard her let out a huge sigh. She was beginning to understand what I couldn't say.

"Your hero, Harry Potter, is now dead!" I heard Voldemort cheer.

I took a deep, painful breath as I looked down to my feet. I listened to Ginny, who was sobbing and screaming from pain. This shouldn't be happened. He should be here. And it's all thanks to Tom Riddle.

"Oh quiet! You bloody fool."

"Do not speak to her that way," I took a step in front of Ginny as well. I heard gasps from their side as I continued, "You've taken the one she's loved. You've done enough. You got what you wanted. Now leave."

"How dare you speak to him that way?!" Bellatrix raised her wand at me.

"How dare you kill and harm people you don't even know," I raised my wand to her as well. "All because you were too stupid to learn things yourself."

"Excuse me?" Voldemort turned to me.

"Yeah. You don't kill people to get the elder wand, Voldemort. You disarm them. So you killing Severus Snape was all in vain."

"I-"

"Just because your father abandoned you doesn't mean all muggles and muggleborns are bad," I interrupted. "You just had a bad experience. If I thought like you, I'd want every wizard dead. But I don't. You need to grow up and learn to move on."

"How-"

"Power doesn't give you love or friendships or relationships. It gives you fear. But here's the thing, buddy. I'm not scared of you. Not anymore. You've taken almost everything away from us, but you cannot take our love. Our power that we have. So let it go-"

"Silencio!" He shouted when he pointed the wand in my direction. "Do you ever shut up? Merlin! Now that that's over, it is my turn. Harry Potter is now dead. So from here on, you will give me all your loyalty and faith."

I waved my wand over my whole body when outward, "Idiot," I whispered. I'm lucky that I can do spells and charms without saying them sometimes.

Voldemort looked back to his audience of death eaters, "Harry Potter, the boy who lived, is now dead!" They all began to laugh. I gripped onto my wand, Don't break, Bridget. Keep your composure. Don't lash out...yet.
