WILL
I have a double shift in the infirmary - Kayla came down with a cold herself and I had to take her shift. Nico comes in as my first shift ends, not knowing I have another.
'Are you kidding?' He asks, following me around as I check in on everyone.
'Not kidding. Kayla's ill.' I explain.
'So make her better and make her do her shift.'
'Doesn't work like that, Nico.'
'I got us the music room.' He says, 'I booked it ages ago.'
'Nico, I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you. Go practice piano, I'll come find you when I'm done.' I say.
'You better be in for capture the flag later. I'm leading.' He says, 'Are you playing then?'
'Yeah, I'm playing. I'll come find you when I'm done.' I say.
'Fine. But I'm going to be in a bad mood.'
'You're always in a bad mood.' I say, kissing him on the forehead before going back to my work.
'It's part of my charm.' He says, leaving the infirmary. I smile as I watch him walk away.
