"Anime~!" Michiyo took the remote and she sat on the sofa happily and she turned on the TV with the remote, no problems at all! "Kotarou, let's watch anime." On top of being a little foodie, Michiyo loved watching anime.
"Ooh." Kotarou sat by her side and the two started to watch an anime called Doraemon.
"Doraemon pull gadgets from his bag to help Nobita because Nobita is no good."
"Ooh?"
"Hm! Just like Usaida No good!" Michiyo swung her little legs as she sang along with the opening theme song of Doraemon.
Kotarou doesn't know the lyrics off by heart like Michiyo does so the best he could do was swing her legs and sway left and right to match her.
"Even though it's such a lovely day, the kids are cooped up indoor watching anime. Saikawa, tell the kids to go outside." The Chairwoman saw Michiyo and Kotarou watching anime even though it's such a beautiful weather. The sun's out and the sky's clear and blue! It's the perfect time to play and soak up the sun!
"Yes, Ma'am. Kotarou-sama, Michiyo-sama, please be a good boy and girl and please proceed outside.
"Ooh..." Kotarou looked upset about going out to play when Doraemon was up.
"...I shall watch this anime with Kotarou-sama." After seeing Kotarou's dejected face, he wanted to let Kotarou watch anime and even to the point of joining him!
"Saikawa, you better do your job before I get real mad!" The Chairwoman snapped and she turned the TV off with the remote. She then put the remote on the sofa, "Come on, children. Ryuuichi is outside hanging the washing up. If you play near him, he'll be able to watch out for you. Go outside."
"Ooh, Michi."
"Hai~!"
"Hmph. What a playful child- Where is the remote?" The Chairwoman wondered where the remote was.
Suddenly, the TV turned itself on. How?! She looked around the place and she saw Kotarou and Michiyo outside facing the glass door that lead straight to the garden. In Michiyo's little hands was the remote control.
"Now we get to be outside AND watch TV!" Michiyo happily announced.
"Ooh."
"Michiyo! You think you're so clever, don't you?!" The Chairwoman said with the glass door between them.
Michiyo looked at the chairwoman and she shook her head, "I don't think, I know."
"Why you! Wait until I get this door opened!" To be honest, the Chairwoman could have just went around the garden the long way just like the children did, but she still went to look for the keys to open the glass door.
By the time the Chairwoman found the key to slide open the glass door, Doraemon was already over...
Ryuuichi was sitting on his knees with Michiyo sat down in front of him. The Chairwoman told him to lecture Michiyo about one-upping her.
"Michiyo-chan, do you know why you are sitting in front of me like this?"
"I don't." If it was Taka, he'd be pulling an angry pout. The face Michiyo's making right now was a look that was completely unaware what wrong she did. In fact, from a third person's view, it looked like Ryuuichi's ganging up on her!
"Obaa-san said you were being naughty."
"I did listen to Obaa-san and go outside."
Ryuuichi sweatdropped; Michiyo DID indeed go outside. He couldn't fault her on that one.
